I love my new car . It drives great and looks good. I got everything I needed in a car with it being new. Love my new car my second car from Fred at Toyatoa.it was a good experience.

My wife and I had a great ecperience wirh the sales staff at the dealership. Fred H. was our salesman. He was very busy when we arrived and he still had time to talk. He knows the Toyota product very well. The sales sfaff even stayed late to help close the deal. Cant wait for you guys to get to Fishers Indiana in the new store

He had the vehicle right out front waiting for me to see when I came to look at it after seeing it on the website he guided me too. He then made the financing application smooth and efficient. He got back to me with the financing options before I could even get back home. He set up delivery for the following day allowing me to not have to miss any time at work even though I was coming from Greenwood. Fred I feel was trustworthy & honest. I told him my last experience was bad purchasing a car... ended up with a REAL lemon & was hestitant about car dealers. He was helpful & was able to get me a Honda I feel safe driving even with bad credit. The process was smooth and easy and am SO GRATEFUL he could get this deal for me. We recently leased a Toyota Highlander from Ed Martin to replace our 10 year old van. This is the second vehicle from Ed Martin in the past 2 years. On both occasions we worked with John Goodpaster. John was highly responsive, often texting or emailing within a short time. He shot straight with us and we found no surprises when we went to pick up our car. John did not pressure us and made sure he answered all our questions. The business manager explained the process and all went smoothly.
