Jay helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted.

Jay helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted. It came earlier than expected and he got me in my new ride in no time. He even sent me pictures after it was delivered to the dealership! Xavier in the Finance Department was so kind and welcoming, and he was also quick and efficient. It was a pleasure to be a customer. Dealership was clean, service waiting area is spacious and welcoming. I received a tour of the facility so when I need to come for my first service appointment, I will know exactly where to go and what to do. Would definitely come back for future Toyota purchases.

Pressured by salesman to submit loan paperwork with no

Pressured by salesman to submit loan paperwork with no communication on when the car was to arrive. Threaten to sell the car and lose my deposit if I didn't come in to finalize. Car was delivered on March 30th and was told to do loan that day. Communicated my progress to search for finance and interest rates but still was only given 1 week. Made complaint to manager. Experience not great and would not recommend anyone.

Excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Ed

Excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Ed Martin. It comes down to the little things to make an exceptional customer service experience and they performed above my expectations in all areas. Every part of the journey, from initial contact to the actual purchase of the vehicle was flawless. Mohamed was thoughtful, inquisitive, and listened intently to ensure my needs were met. He did so with a calming demeanor that was enjoyable to do business with. They leveraged technology throughout the process to communicate and create a tailored experience that was easy to navigate. The finance department, specifically Alicia, was also a breeze to interact with. The entire finance transaction took less than a half-hour and I feel like they represented me well and provided great options. This won't be the only vehicle I purchase from them over the years.
