Going into Poulin Auto having high doubts that I had the ability to purchase a vehicle, the staff was very welcoming and very friendly with the whole family welcoming us and our antsy kids making sure that it was not just one person being welcomed they welcomed the whole family. Resting our doubts assuring us that they would do what they could do to get the family into a safe reliable vehicle and explaining the process all the way through it. We left there not only with a new car but a new level of confidence, for once we were not pushed away because of life's bumps we were welcome with out being judged in anyway. I will be a repeat customer, the most welcoming was the smiles on the faces and Charay was great she did everything for us making car buying one of the most simple decisions we have ever made.

The people at Poulin auto are all very nice and easy to work with. Our salesman worked very hard to get us financing when no other dealership could. Getting our truck from Poulin Auto was an experience we are will never forget. The customer service was the greatest. I tip my hat to Charay , she went beyond the call to make us comfortable while waiting for our truck. Everyone their were so involved and went right to town to make this possible for us. I finally made a purchase on my very own car through a dealership. I couldn't have imagined my purchase going any smoother than it did. It was beyond what I expected. Deciding to go through Charay at Poulin's Auto was one of the best decisions I could have made for myself. She worked around my schedule and in a very timely manner. She put me in the car I had been eye balling for weeks and was set on purchasing. Charay did more than just help me purchase a car though, she went beyond her job description; she showed me I had someone to count on and rely on. Not only did "we" purchase a car, she helped me in trying to find the best insurance quote for me. She was my support system in this process by playing the "mom" role for me. Even when I went to drive off the lot she hooked me up with a phone charger where my phone was almost dead, and supplied me with an auxiliary cord so I didn't have to listen to the radio on the hour drive home. Like I stated before, she went beyond what her job description is. Thank you so much for playing the "mom" role and taking care of me through this whole process. !!!! Excellent Experience!!!! Recently went to Poulin Auto to look at a Jeep Compass. When I arrived I met with sales consultant Charay Beard, she was very helpful, pleasant, and was able to answer all my questions. When we came back to test drive the vehicle she had the car all ready to take out. After asking more questions witch she answered very professionally, we decided to purchase the vehicle. She made the paper work easy and took care of all the details. In about 2 and half hours I was able to leave in my 2011 Jeep Compass that I LOVE! Sincerely, Margo Smith and Family!

My fiancee and I were in a hopeless position. We had no leverage and didn't think there would be a light at the end of the tunnel. Not only was Drew able to come through with his promise, with a big help from Travis we were able to get a payment and an interest rate that I personally thought was impossible. To start off, the lovely team of Charay and Travis went above and beyond to stay open for me when I mixed up scheduling a bit. Not only did they stay late but they also brought the car I desired feom the lot over in Burlington *another thing I managed to overlook*. When the car arrived I was so incredibly nervous I thought I was going to have to ask Charay to just drive me around in it because it wasn't mine yet. In one sentence she assured me that this car is going to be mine. It wasn't a question or an idea, she was as sure as I was. And when I tell you I was sure...I literally have the decal of the car tattooed on me because I'm a ridiculous person and passionate about the things I love. I went in knowing it was my dream car and she made it all too real. In no time flat we had the paper work done, traded my old beater of a car (which I definitely got more for than I thought I would) and there I was- flying literally and figuratively away in a car I honestly thought I was being delusional to even try for. This was my first car shopping experience that easily turned into a car buying experience thanks to the team at Poulin. Definitely go for a chance to be treated right regardless of who you are. I couldn't be more elated.
