I have bought a lot of luxury cars in the past 40 years but this is my first from Ray Catena Edison. The salesman's (Joseph Sangimino) attention to our needs didn't stop with delivery, he has been there for all our questions and service needs no matter how trivial. After this experience I don't think I could buy my next vehicle from a different dealership. My overall experience with everyone I dealt with was top notch: polite, knowledgeable, eager to please, etc. This dealership should be a case study on how a service organization should perform and treat its customers. I suspect they have a very loyal customer base.
