Randy Lee is an exceptional sales representative for Inver Grove Honda. I appreciated his professional, friendly demeanor when I was seeking a pre-owned Honda. I’d owned two other Hondas over the years. He wasn’t pushy, but patient and responsive. I had scores of questions, and he listened and responded respectfully and quickly. I worked with him on my own without outside consultation, but I am a very prepared buyer. I checked Consumer Reports and Edmunds many times before I decided on a pre-owned Camry or a Honda. I needed reliability and safety. Ultimately, he responded more quickly than other dealerships I had visited, and took seriously the deadline I needed to meet. I just had a very possitive experience in auto purchasing. I drove in, traded in my old car and drove out three hours later in my new 2016 Fit EX. Dan McGroarty (sales rep)was more than helpful. He made the process very pleasant. The car itself is a marvel of of technology, driveability, and usable space, with a low price. I would recommend the car and dealership without reservation.

I felt compelled to write a review about the exceptional experience I had when I purchased my 2016 Honda Accord Coupe. This was the second vehicle that I purchased from Mike Gonsior at Inver Grove Honda. Mike is absolutely fabulous to work with. His sincere willingness to make sure the purchase of your next automobile is seamless and a perfect fit. He presented all the options I had to choose from right up front. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his honesty. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I was familiar and well orientated to the new vehicle that I had just purchased. Mike was dilligent to see that I had everything within the car programed to my personal specifications. This was especially important seeing I was not familiar with the most recent technology. This dealer seemed so high end when looking from the outside. I was nervous to do anything there. However, it was the nicest dealership I have ever worked with. I would go there again and again!!! Evelyn Wood was the primary person that worked with me and she did an excellent job getting what we needed. She was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable.

Sean Hirman and Al Halcomb helped me with the purchase of my first two vehicles there in 2013. In 2014, I traded in and purchased another vehicle with the help of Sean Hirman and Jamie Letcher. My girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle in 2015 with the help of Jamie Letcher and Sean Hirman again. In January 2016, I traded in and got my 5th vehicle with the help of Bryan Okubo and Nick Burandt. I have referred several people to the dealership and some have made purchases. Julye is fantastic. What I love about her and Inver Grove in general is how quick the whole process is. She's not interested in pressuring you. You get to test drive on your own. She's responsive to email and willing to do lots of communicating over email. Kudos to finance to for getting us out quick once we leased our new Honda Odyssey. This is our 2nd car from Inver Grove Honda and I'm always impressed by how much better the experience is than with the other dealerships I've gone to to shop around. I went to Inver Grove Honda for servicing on my leased Accord, but while wandering around the sales floor, Ole approached me and after a few questions, learned that I am putting too many miles on my car and encouraged me to turn in the car early and lease a new accord with a higher mileage allowance. I was doubtful about the expense of that, but Ole asked Jayme Letcher to see what he could do. They worked out deal that met my needs and my budget, and I left in a new car!

I was uncomfortable driving a vehicle that I purchased in July. I came in to Inver Grove Honda and asked Bryan if there was anything that he could do to help me. Bryan and Heather went to work to get me into a HRV. We had looked at them in July but didn't buy because of a difference of opinion. After realizing that I couldn't get comfortable in my new car I revisited the vehicle that I preferred originally. I am now in my HRV and love driving it. I want everyone to know how much it meant to me to have someone working for and with me to get into my new car. I love it so much.

I had such a great experience here yesterday. A problem developed with my car and I needed to bring it in immediately and still get back to work. My service advisor was Matt. The problem was pretty clear, he made a quick assessment, got me into a loaner car, and I was on my way to work. Instead of ruining my day and being a nightmare, my problem was handled efficiently and easily. Despite being inconvenient, it was a very pleasant experience!
