Don’t buy from them

I purchased a vehicle with the check engine light reset so that it would be off during the purchase process. I had an obd2 reader that I used prior to purchase and it said 7 systems ready out of 8 and so me being the mechanic I am thought no big deal it’s a shady dealership I’ll fix it my self, the xxxx guy named Kamran from his office in who knows where called from another location on a zoom call the pompous xxxxx tried to sell me a warranty telling me it’s to protect our customers lol. Maybe u shouldn’t sell lemons with underlying problems that would protect your customers you xxxxxxx long story short it cost me $2,000 repair that I was unable to fix myself, so buyers beware of the lemons they sell at bad image auto.

Don’t buy from them

Image auto is a very questionable dealership be ca

Horrible alot of extra fees. The sales an finance person's were just plain shady. Do not trust these people. They dud a zoom call with some dude that upcharged everything. Run away from these people..

Take your money elsewhere

I called on Saturday 2/26/2022 and spoke to somebody about the 2008 Black Cadillac CTS I asked the person that answer the phone that i wanted to know the total price out the door he said he was going to have the "finance department " call me and tell me the price out the door because he didn't know. I asked about the condition of the car and how the tires were in case I needed to make an appointment to get new tires and the person on the phone said he didn't know so apparently the person on the phone didn't know anything about the car or the price. We are now on 2/1/2022 and I have not heard anything back from anybody. Maybe my money is not good in their dealership.Somebody from the dealership did write back to my Google review saying I never called yet I have the call log on my phone with their number and the duration of the call.. maybe next time insted of insinuating somebody is lying you should just apologize.

unsatisfied

I would not purchase from this dealer. bought a car for my daughter, within three months the a/c went out, within six months the transmission went out. took the car to Subaru to diagnose, they informed us that because of a salvage title they would honor any type of warranty. we purchased the warranty "certified" that would cover any repairs. the warranty was useless did not cover any part of the repair, not even the towing. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS DEALER SAYS!!! Total lies and deceptions is all you can count on. my daughter was in and accident with the vehicle, though we paid for gap coverage, the dealer did not pass the payment on to the insurance co. now we owe tons of money and will obviously have to go to court to get any sort of remedy

Used car

Excellent service, friendly staff. No hassle, very accommodating found my used car ask about pricing and financing answered all my questions was in and out in 30 minutes.. I recommend this place to everyone

Unprofessional. Unwilling to make it right.

The reason I do not recommend this company is they sold us a car that was not exactly what we were looking for, and lead us to believe that it was. We told them specifically what we wanted, trusted them and they were not willing to do anything about it to make it right once we did our homework. Here is our story: We found a car online that looked like what we wanted. We drove 3 hours to their dealership to test drive it. We drove it and it was not what we were looking for (it had front end problems and was super noisy), so we told them that. They said no problem we have another one you can look at. We asked if it had the same features we were looking for. They said yes. We drove the second vehicle and decided we liked it. In closing, I was on an emergency phone call and my wife asked three different times if this vehicle was all wheel drive and they said "As far as I know it is. I don't have any reason to believe it isn't." BEWARE OF THEIR SILVER TONGUE!!! After arriving home three hours away, we were looking through the owners manual of the car and found it was NOT all wheel drive which was one of three things we had told them we needed. Due to it being a weekend, we called them first thing Monday morning they said normally we don't have a return policy but we can look at an exchange. We talked a few more minutes then he kept telling me now we can't exchange it. I said I want to speak with the owner. He said ok but he's not in right now I'll have him call you. I told him we are checking our daughter out if school right now and are headed out to meet in person we will be there in 3 hours. On our way back to the dealership, the owner called and also said we could exchange. We drove 3 hours out there to meet with them. They met with us but totally blew us off and wouldn't do anything to help us out. Completely made us feel stupid and insignificant like everything was our fault. They took no accountability for their actions. They now said they cannot exchange it because it was a consignment car and they paid the person already (which we had no idea it was a consignment car until then). Bottom line...they misrepresented the car we bought then tried to tell us we knew everything about the car but we didn't. Any info we had from them was on the first car we drove that had obvious problems (and they were trying to sell it with those problems) They took advantage of us in a time of emotional stress and exploited it. I would highly recommend go somewhere else to buy a car.

Found what I wanted!

I have been very pleased with the customer service of Image Auto. The salesman was great at helping my husband navigate the buying process and shipping the vehicle to us! Very hassle free. Upon arrival the FJ Cruiser it was exactly what I wanted in great condition. I had a few issues getting title transferred due to our different state requirements but Tonia was exceptionally pleasant and helpful getting everything signed and returned to me promptly and now the process is complete! We never stepped foot on the physical site as we live 1600 miles away, but we were very pleased.

Found what I wanted!

I have been very pleased with the customer service of Image Auto. The salesman was great at helping my husband navigate the buying process and shipping the vehicle to us! Very hassle free. Horrible Rip Offs!

They will try to stick in all these fees into the financing hoping you won't catch them. Whats a transportation fee? Its a bogus fee added in to pad the pocket of the finance guy and the owner. I caught them and they took all the fees out totaling $1400, but I feel sorry for the next sucker that comes along and doesn't catch it. Can you imagine how much money they are making with these bogus fees? I will never go back because I simply don't trust them and I'm telling everyone I know about them too!
