Great experience

Just bought a truck here. They did everything they said, no pressure. I Would buy here again. Harry the new owner is great and very responsive! Couldn't really comment honestly on repairs because haven't experienced it yet.

Purchased a used car from Westford Auto last month. I couldn't be more satisfied. Everyone at WA was helpful and truthful. The car I bought is a great car ... every detail throughout the transaction happened as agreed. The dealer and staff went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Westford Auto to anyone!

I purchased a classic vehicle from this dealership and it’s been nothing but a headache. I received the vehicle with damage and both parties, the dealership and the transportation company refused to help. Both pointed finders. In the meantime, I’m presented and now stuck with a damaged vehicle. Phone calls and text messages did not and do not matter. After getting the vehicle home, I notice the vin is destroyed and the paperwork doesn’t match the actual vehicle. I’ve spoken to Kenny several times regarding this matter and he can’t give me an explanation. How can a dealership sell me a vehicle with the vin damaged and unreadable. I showed pictures of the damaged vin but still got the runaround. He sent me updated paperwork but I have no idea where he received the “new” vin from. I’m now having to pay to have the body lifted from the frame to perform a vin verification at my expense. Westford auto sales received their money in full and completely forgot about the customer. I asked them for assistance repeatedly but again nothing. I only write this review to warn other potential buyers of the headache and nonsense I’m still dealing with. Buyer beware.
