I'm so happy I kept my appointment I love my car

First class Stock great service far as the price they really worked with me I love my car a far different experience from what I had back a few yrs ago I plan to buy from them again

Unpleasant experience

It was a very unpleasant experience when I planned to buy a car there. The staff would add $3000+ to the listed price, which is unnegotiable in a rude manner. Then I bought a similar car with a higher spec in CT. Do not waste your time.

Spoke to a sales person and said no hidden fees.

Red Flag. Secret Fee additional $1,900 on all the sticker car price. Drive 2h 30m just to be low ball. Called 2X to make sure about any fees and was told a lie.

They will not contact me back

Sent an email to inquire about a car and never got a response beyond the automated one that acknowledges they received my message. What’s the point of online shopping if they don’t respond.

Excellent Service

Found an Acura MDX, My wife and I went to the dealer and met a Gentleman name Chris, he showed me the car we sat down and he explained the process, he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I bought the car because it was a very good and positive experience. I would definitely recommend Showroom Auto to friends and family, I am very satisfied with their service.

Sent an inquiry email with a couple of questions, never heard back. Nothing from dealership. I was a cash-in-hand, immediate, buyer they let slip away. Too bad, the car was pretty sweet too. Found another dealership that wanted my business.

Bait & switch

Garbage dealer, hidden fees won't be shown in price. They do a bunch of illegal xxxx, NIADA certification is garbage and they charge you 400% more than legit dealer warranties. I'm sure the FTC will investigate them.

I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations Tyler, but we are completely transparent and is a proud member of the National Independent Automobile Association of America whom have been in business for over 70 years. THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT

I put a $2,500 deposit on a car here and told them I would be back that week to pick it up (I live 4 hours away) when I went a couple days later to pick up the car they told me they sold it. I told them you can’t do that I put a deposit on it and told you I was coming back for it and they said “we can do anything we want”. They tried to keep my deposit, of course my bank went after them and got it back, but in the meantime I had sold my current car privately and was without wheels. Their words were- “someone came in with all cash for the car so your deposit means nothing”. They are as crooked as they come.
