The service department tried to tell me that I need a new...

The service department tried to tell me that I need a new brake pads on my rotors turned when they were really only had a five or six with factory printing still on them. I had my car doing some preventative maintenance so I guess they thought they make an extra $300 from an unsuspecting female. Poor business and I won’t be back.

New Vehicle Purchase

. Kurt explained things about the Sentra Nissan and helped me understand how things work with the vehicle. He asked many times if I had any further questions he could answer. He made the purchase very easy.

Chris was very helpful, no pressure and scrupulously honest about price and total costs. In the end, the relationship he formed led me to pay more than several Chicago dealers were quoting because he built trust. Even the sales pitch For extended warranty from the finance dept was low key

I want to thank Richard Swanson, Todd Durm and the folks in finance for efforts in helping us find/purchase a Pathfinder to replace one we just purchased in the past two months from Uftring Nisan but unfortunately totaled in a recent, out-of-town accident. Our situation was out of the norm and they worked with us to find a couple of options to consider as well as accommodate some other needs. We appreciate the efforts of Uftring Nissan. If you're looking for a vehicle I suggest you give them consideration.

Purchased new vehicle

I've bought several cars over my lifetime and this was by far, one of the best experiences. Tim Puentes was very professional, courteous, patient, never pushy and always helpful. The vehicle I purchased had been transferred from another dealership. The cargo cover happened to be missing and Tim delivered it to my doorstep when it was available. How great is that!!! He explained things well and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the experience.
