We had a high quality experience.

We had a high quality experience. We received personal attention from both Derek and Trevor. Trevor was persistent in calling us to see if we had purchased a car yet. Derek finally made the sale. He did not pressure us, just gave us room to make our final decision. When we needed a slight fix to the car a few days later, the service department took care of the problem without charge. We would highly recommend Ken Pollock Volvo.

I had a great experience purchasing my XC60 from Jonathan

I had a great experience purchasing my XC60 from Jonathan Williams. He was very thorough. They didn’t play games with the price of my trade in. I told them what I wanted and they came back $500 less. Other dealers I went to came back with thousands less. I highly recommend them.

This is my second purchase of a Volvo X60 from this

This is my second purchase of a Volvo X60 from this dealership. Eric Peters was the salesman for my last purchase. He made the purchase easy for me. There was no pressure, just honesty and sincerity. I see all these great reviews and it hurts because I did

I see all these great reviews and it hurts because I did not have this experience at all. My car was filthy when I got it home. When purchasing they knew nothing about the car because it came from another one of their lots so I didn't know the rear view camera didn't work til I got it home. I had to replace it myself because they said they didn't know if I did it. How would I break a faulty camera which is what it is???. After "cleaning" my car again one of their employees broke my seat shield and when we got the hot weather candy melted through all 4 doors that was down inside them. I had to keep flushing them out myself.Almost 4 months it took me to get at least get them to fix the seat shield even though I was told by one of their employees the seat shield, back up camera would be fixed and my doors would be cleaned out back in July. I went for my appointment and the guy who was to do it was not even there and nobody knew anything about it. I was then told it was a he said she said and at some point to take responsibility for my own car. Many many many emails, texts and calls took me almost these last 4 months to get at least the seat shield fixed. They want to charge me for the back up camera and I had to clean the whole car myself. I guess because I purchased a used car instead of brand new. I purchased what I could afford. My suggestion is to check every single part of the car and question question question before signing anything because once you drive off that lot too bad. I had an awful awful awful experience. ( Eric the salesman was super nice at least I got that) otherwise these last 4 months have been a nightmare.

Service manager Jonathan and reps Lisa and Joey all contributed to a completely satisfactory visit by keeping my 10 year old XC90 like new. I have never been dissatisfied with Ken Pollock Volvo mechanics in as many years and I will return for scheduled service.

Great Dealership experience.

Great Dealership experience. Transparent Pricing and competitive pricing. It's not the first time I have driven close to two hours for a great deal. The buying process was seamless. Everything was handled professionally, from the initial inquiry about the car to the paperwork. Price sells cars and is worth the drive.
