Stay clear of this place. Advertised the vehicle we were purchasing as a 15 passenger van but after purchasing, we found out it was only a 12 passenger van! Company will not even call us back and unwilling to help in anyway.

The Owner (Jimmy and Wife) and staff are very concerned with your wants and needs. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2005. I have brought numerous of cars from them. They provide very professional services. I highly recommend them for your future needs in looking for your next used vehicle.

Received a call back after a few days. Left a nice message. Applied for financing but played phone tag a few times. Went to the lot and the SUV was nowhere to be found but still shown on website as available and dropped price. Called again but never received a response. Didn?t make a purchase, but would consider them in the future.

Our daughter is attending college at ECU and we live in New Jersey. We had been trying to help her find a decent used car without her getting taken advantage of. Being over 300 miles away, it was difficult and frustrating. UNTIL we found Jerry at discount auto. The ENTIRE staff there was nothing but patient, and more than willing to help with anything and everything they could. I can't express enough how very thankful I am to the entire staff who helped take care of our daughter when we could not. They hold a very special place in our hearts.

First of all I want to say thanks again to these wonderful hard working ladies and gentleman. My wife and I already had predetermined necessary factors that must be met for a family vehicle requirements. With my wives current vehicle at the time and it's poor condition we weren't sure if anyone was going to accept the trade, also with her credit being under reconstruction we were nervous about being approved for the loan. Not only did they accept our trade they gave us multiple options on vehicles from their luxurious selection that met my large family requirements and PRICE range! We were overwhelmed with this team of experts because they kept fighting for us to get the vehicle we need.
