Buyer Beware !

Buyer Beware !!! I have read some of the reviews and it seems like the customer service here is only great up until the point of purchasing your vehicle, after that if you have any questions or any issues with your vehicle that’s where it ends. I bought a used 2019 BMW X3 from here for what I thought was a good deal because I did search the area within a 25 mile radius and there price was the best at the time, it’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting for my registration and plates. I have already been back to the dealership for another extension on the temporary plates, I was told by the DMV that the dealership has not paid them yet and whenever I try to call and speak to anyone at Tustin Buick GMC I get the run around and when I finally get a manager who’s name was Debbie piper if I remember correctly said she would get to the bottom of it and check with there own DMV Dept. to see what’s going on but it’s been a game of transfers and leave a voicemail with no return phone calls ever. I am a Navy Combat Veteran who spent 2 tours in Iraq and 1 in Afghanistan and I got better communication from my translator who can barely speak english then what I get from this place, and to top it off I took my vehicle to a BMW dealership just to get it looked at and found out the front brakes and the rear brakes need to be replaced, the only thing this dealership did was replace the brake pads. To any military Veterans out there Please watch your 6 and Do Not Do Business with these people they will tell you anything just to make a sale and that’s pretty much where it ends…!!

2023 GMC Yukon Denali

My family and I did not feel pressured to purchase and when the right vehicle was about to hit the lot, we were notified and worked out a deal without any issues. Happy overall

Unsatisfied Customer

I feel your dealership is absolutely dishonest and lies during the buying process. We were forced to purchase the added vehicle protection plan and we?re told that everything was added and couldn?t be removed. Come to find out, door guards were never put on and now I?m left to wonder if the appearance protection and the perma safe were ever added. There was still plastic on the seats when we purchased the car so it leads me to believe that nothing was in fact added to the vehicle. I expect the car to be in pristine condition when we take ownership. Since it was dark outside when we left, I didn?t notice that there was plastic left on the car that I had to remove when I got home. Also upon looking over the window sticker, we noticed that we were charged for nameplates that were never added. We drove well out of our way to come to this specific dealership and have to take another day to drive down and get these things taken care is a huge inconvenience. There was no remedy for the inconvenience of having to drive down and no apology but rather I was told, ?it was an oversight.? Not acceptable as vehicles should go through quality control before being delivered to a customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend family and friends to come back to have the experience that we did. We, as customers, shouldn?t have to find things that were never included on our vehicle and have to communicate over a period of weeks trying to get the issues resolved. It?s unfortunate to have had such a negative experience and I sure do hope the dealership is able to improve their overall customer satisfaction experience.

The worst experience ever!

The worst experience ever!!! Purchased my vehicle on 1/28/2023 and I am STILL waiting for my vehicle registration. They are totally giving me the run around. I checked with the DMV and they said the dealership has not paid the full amount due to the DMV and because of that my registration is held up! Total amateurs. After saying that it's a commercial vehicle several times they have gone and submitted it as an individual registration. More delays! Apart from that the sales person who sold me the vehicle forgot to mention that the side of the roof has a leak!!! When asked about the stain he brushed it off saying ‘ohhh it’s nothing’ I can just clean it off. Now I am facing a huge loss because I cant operate my business as I STILL haven’t received my paperwork. I feel like I have been robbed. Till they got the sale they were contactable and now I cant even speak to a sales person to check on the status of my vehicle. Stay away from this institution.

Excelent! Very happy with overall buying process. Cory helped me build and order a 2023 GMC Denali Ultimate. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. I came to this dealer which is more than 200 miles away from my town because of their good customer service and they do not mark up their vehicles like Fresno.

Shady Dealership, Ran Like a Low End Used Lot

I went in yesterday to buy a new 2500 for 73k. The entire sales process was pushy and to be honest amateur hour. I thought this type of sales was dead. This is the first domestic car I have bought in awhile. I have bought 3 cars this past year, a Porsche, Tesla, and a G-Wagon. None of those sales were a thing like this. Additionally, I have never heard of a new car dealer pulling the Dealer Option card. Seen it as used dealerships that are shady. Two things, advertising a final price online and it not being as well as using the word "option" are both false advertising. Under the general terms of such. I much prefer to by the truck from this dealership as it has one option the one at another dealership does not have. However, on principle alone, I will not pay that fee. I will drive the 45 minutes to the other GMC dealer explicitly referred to this practice as shady and not standard to GMC.

I would avoid, requires add-ons

I tried to purchase a truck last night. I was very clear. I just want what is listed on their web site as the "Final Price". I was clear with the sales person I was not interested in an other items and would pay the advertised price. They would not sell me the car for the "Final Price" and said it had already installed options that could not be removed. I said that should be disclosed on the web site and I feel that it is included in the "Final Price". Also the second tier sales person was rude and condescending. This should have been a clear and simple transaction at the Final Advertised price, sadly it was not.

Purchased a car on 1/7/23 after my purchase I had a serious concern and reached out to the dealer with concern. I had to escalate concern and reach out the General Manager Ronnie, GM was able to address my concern quickly and link me up with Tony is finance. Overall I appreciated the way the GM took care of my concern and Tony was very professional with the whole interaction. Thank you gentlemen appreciate it 👍🏽
