Incredibly Amazing Flow Mini!

I just purchased my fifth Mini-Cooper from Flow Mini. I live in West Virginia, but continue to return to Winston-Salem for all my Mini sales and service. I bought a 2022 Mini-Cooper S Convertible and worked with Alyson Horton and Matthew Rowan, who were absolutely amazing to work with!! Alyson did an outstanding job walking me through the process, plus she is extremely knowledgeable about the tech side of Mini and was able to easily explain all the tech features on my new car. Matt did a tremendous job working out all the details on the financial side of the deal. A huge thanks to both of them and to Ryan Simmons for all of his expertise in the service department at Flow Mini. What an awesome team!

Incredibly Amazing Flow Mini!

Flow Mini, Winston-Salem, NC

Great purchase experience, no pressure, Jehron, the sales representative, was very pleasant and patient. Wanted a specific color the only car available was the service car, they didn't hesitate, I got it! I just wish they were closer to Roanoke

Flow Mini Winston Salem

I had taken the car in for a message on the dashboard saying that the parking brake was not working properly. Service Advisor thought it was a computer reprogram issue. It was actually a shifter problem that took all day to fix! I was told that the part was in stock and it wouldn't take long to fix. Was told several hours later that after removing the center console the car had to be lifted, the exhaust system removed, and the transmission lowered to be able to get the shifter out. And then everything had to go back. Was told that this procedure had never been done at this dealership, and they had no idea how much time was involved. After spending all day long in the dealership and an hour of driving home.... Service Advisor was very apologetic!

Completely satisfied

We went on a whim to look at a used Mini Countryman. We needed a more reliable secondary vehicle. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Beginning from an email to arrange a test drive to the purchase of the vehicle everyone was easy to deal with and a pleasure to work with. The sales person Michael Douglas was knowledgeable and helpful and the only issue we had with the vehicle was a small tear in the hood stripe. They immediately agreed to fix this and were a pleasure to deal with.

Great experience

The service writer was wonderful. He explained maintenance on the Mini in a very helpful way. He was pleasant and kind. The process to obtain a loaner vehicle was quick and simple. The service writer texted his contact information and a text of how to reach him if I needed. He was timely in notifying me of when my Mini was ready. When I had questions on a newer Mini, he immediately got assistance from a sales staff to help answer questions. Overall, there was no pushy sales, not on service or to buy, and I felt very good about the dealership and the experience. Also, this was my first visit to a Mini dealer! I had purchased mine used out of state and it was shipped to me. I would highly recommend them.
