I have leased with Kia of Coatesville since we move to

I have leased with Kia of Coatesville since we move to this area and I go there for all my service. They are polite, respectful and relatively quick. My lease was up and I came to re-lease. The process was much faster and less painful than I have experienced elsewhere. They also provided home delivery for me and electronic paperwork so I was not stuck at the dealership for hours.

Bought new Kia sportage from this dealer,although it took

Bought new Kia sportage from this dealer,although it took hours to get it done still had ok experience . Was ready to walk out but wife wanted car. Still waiting to get second key fob from them. It’s been over a month! Tried to talk with a manager? No reply! xxx !!!

Don’t support this dealership.

Don’t support this dealership. I never write reviews for anything but feel I need to share my experience with this dealership here. We purchased from this Kia of coatesville in early 2024, had with a salesman try to tell us the car we came for wasn’t on the lot, then tried to sell us on features that didn’t exist for that vehicle and trim and then added junk onto the deal. I’m not even particularly mad about all of that as it is unfortunately common at many dealerships. Why I am writing this review - we purchased a warranty with our vehicle and July it was totaled. We followed the process to refund the balance of the warranty coverage and were told it would take 10-12 weeks. My wife called them probably 50 times to after that and got no help whatsoever. Went to the dealership in person in September and they told us it would be 2 more weeks. It’s now January - 6 months later and we are still owed thousands of dollars with absolutely no contact from the dealership. Take your business elsewhere.

Let me start off with saying if I could leave a negative star I would. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I leased a 2024 Kia Sportage in October of 2024 and was lied to about cosmetic damage and what it would take to fix it. I had to go 2 months without my new vehicle for them to correct the issues now I am stuck with a brand new car that had to have panels painted. I ended up having to make an extra payment on my trade in because they did not pay it off in time. I tried to contact the general manager to discuss my issues because there were plenty more then what is mentioned above but he was always too busy to return my calls. It is now January 2025 and I still have not received my tags so I am driving around on expired temp tags. I reached out to a sales manager via text about the tag issue was told he would get back to me and never did. Everyone at this dealership is nice before you sign the papers but they are all sneaky, liars and give no respect to the customer.

There was many of things that was a lie straight to my

There was many of things that was a lie straight to my face. The price of the car was more than was said due to an extra $1,200 more add to the car price. Edgar the salesman had failed to tell us about that extra money added on. He also said he would would take $1,200 off our bill since we found an oil leak. That was a huge lie also. He told us our interest rate would be at this percentage when we got the paper that interest rate is more than he said it would be which means my car payment is more than he has told us it would be. With the oil leak we were supposed to come in the next day and it would be fixed. That was another lie. They called and asked if we could come in later and lied why we needed to come in later here they had to order a part which they failed to tell us they needed to order a part and it didn’t come in time. They never called when they fixed the car I had to call them about it. Also the salesman Edgar told us for the loan it would be through one bank and it was through a different bank. So if your going to buy a car there I would recommend not going to Edgar because there is a lot of things he lies about and leaves outs.

Bought Kia Sept 1st.

Bought Kia Sept 1st., my tags have been dead since Nov 1st. I keep asking and now demanding for my tags to be sent to me.only to be told by Eddie, they would fed ex's me a dealer tag. Here's the kicker, MVA said I don't have a Kia registered to my name as of Nov 19th..I want the tags I paid for and I'm tried of waiting. I have already lost income and picking up inventory over this and my husband didn't get to go on his trip to visit a sick friend. I've been stressed out over this whole transaction. I'm paying car payments and insurance on car that's just sitting in my driveway.

Disappointed!

Disappointed!! Had texted that I was coming on the weekend. Traveled 4 hours just to be told that the vehicle I was interested in was sold. Could at least let me know that the vehicle was sold. Gasoline and Toll, what a day
