New Explorer

Lann and his staff went above and beyond with our latest purchase. We were undecided on which SUV we might be interested in, and Bill listened to our thoughts and steered us in the right direction. Lann got us a good deal on our new Explorer and everyone was helpful and friendly. We have several Ford dealers a lot closer to where we live, but we appreciate the continued pleasant experience with everyone at Northeast Ford. They make it worth the drive.

New Explorer

Lann and his staff went above and beyond with our latest purchase. We were undecided on which SUV we might be interested in, and Bill listened to our thoughts and steered us in the right direction. Lann got us a good deal on our new Explorer and everyone was helpful and friendly. F 350 Service

We took our F 350 Superduty in for a NYS inspection and an oil change. John, our adviser in service pointed out we were due for fuel filter changes. So making sure the truck is properly maintained, we opted for the filter changes also. Because we were caught off guard on the filter change charges John cut us a little break on the price. We truly appreciated that. Once again, we were not disappointed with the service at Northeast Ford.

Happy with Service

Service team is outstanding. Very professional and friendly. Service manager, Seth, was with me every step from explaining the problem to receipt of my F150. Paul, the service technician, has to be the best I have ever encountered. He definitely cares about the quality of work and the customer. Thanks to the whole team.

Northeast Ford purchase of 2022 Bronco

Do not buy a trade in.

Bought a car from them last year. This year the car needs about 8k Worth of work. Was sold a lemon and they could care less.

Car owner

My appointment was for 10:30 and my car was not taken in until 11:40, I waited from 10:30 to 4:00, my service light is still on, now the stop and go does not work again since I bought the car, I had to buy a new engine, buy a new battery, now I had to have a new oxygen sensor installed and the others are failing, I found out the sensors only last up to 100,000 miles. I was told I should have not bought the car I am not happy at all with Nort East Ford
