I purchased my car here and I get my car serviced here. They are amazing. Great customer service!! Drop off and pick up is fast and easy. When my car is getting serviced, they text with updates.and send a video showing everything that looks good and sometimes if something needs attention or service, they send a video showing why. That for me, everything!

I always enjoy getting my car serviced at Subaru. In the past, with other dealerships, I was reluctant to get my car serviced there. With Subaru, it's a pleasant experience, from scheduling, to waiting in the cafe and/or free ride service to/from my house when longer service is needed. Easily accomplished all I'd intended on my scheduled visit for 6-month service, plus inspection. Oscar was especially helpful. Also investigated some options for my lease agreement; both Eric Mangini and John Martinez were exceptionally helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
