Austin Subaru

My purchase what quick and easily but that’s where the joy of a new vehicle ended.It too way too long to get my permanent plates and after multiples calls. I got my plates on the day my temp plate expired only to find out they weren’t registered to me. It took another week for the plate to finally be under my name. The dealership didn’t even bother calling back or anything.

I have yet to have anything less than an exceptional experience at Austin Subaru. I brought my mom with me for my most recent appointment so we could do some shopping after. They got my service completed in half the quoted time and we enjoyed coffee and a chat while we waited. I love the dealership almost as much as I love my Outback.

Every person I encountered during two purchases was friendly, helpful and willing to go beyond the minimum. This was true of sales staff and service staff.

easiest car buying experience at a dealer of any kind! Chris made the process extremely easy and streamlined, fantastic guy to work with! no hassle with my trade in, got a fair value for it. got the new car prepped and ready quickly. In and out of the finance office in 10minutes with all documents signed and dated. all the new features and buttons on the car were gone over by Chris to make sure i knew how to navigate all the options and explained what certain features did!

Bought two new Subarus from Austin Subaru—worst decision ever. My STI died at 2,000 miles with a parasitic draw they confirmed; my wife’s Outback hit issues at 10,000. They ordered a part, ‘lost’ it for a year, then the rude parts manager told me to come back for another diagnosis—like they couldn’t check their own notes! Staff snapped at me, sales said ‘drive it more,’ and they ghosted me when I showed proof, even telling Subaru of America I’m the issue. CAG’s a rude, incompetent mess—avoid this "dealer".

A wonderful experience! This dealership has created a great community with the complimentary coffee shop, cafe, kid's area, and dog park. Our salesman, Fuego, was low-pressure, knowledgable, and helpful. We really love all of the perks that Austin Subaru offers (full engine, transmission, and power train warranty for the ENTIRE TIME YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE). Pricing and negotiation were fair. Shelby Rae was also great when discussing ads-ons. I have already recommended this dealership to other friends looking for a new car. Thank you!

Dealership is great. Scott Davis was a wonderful advisor and answered all my questions. Dealership performed a significant amount of work on time, in one day.

John was very helpful and knowledgeable I actually made the drive from San Antonio after making an inquiry online on the vehicle I was looking at John reached out confirmed vehicle was available and made the deal happen very happy. I didnt get everyones name that helped me throughout the transaction but no complaints whatsoever. Definitely recommend

Purchased a new Forester from Austin Subaru. Every step in the transaction was perfection. Every member of their staff we had dealings with were professional, interested in our needs and so pleasant! Our family has over 100 years of automotive industry experience/ dealership experience and my opinion is that Austin Subaru has customer service all figured out!
