Canyon Auto Sales

We purchased a truck from Canyon Auto Sales in December of 2023. Shortly afterwards, we encountered multiple issues with the vehicle, including excessive play in the steering wheel, the check engine light coming on (several times), and a gas cap issue. Despite being assured that these were minor problems, the truck ultimately broke down in May and required a costly repair. The rapid onset and nature of these issues indicate a pre-existing mechanical problem that we were not informed about at the time of purchase. After a month of waiting for diagnosis and repair we finally received the repaired truck and we noticed a new problem—a noticeable knocking from underneath the vehicle. We feel that we were misled and sold a faulty truck. While exploring legal options may not be feasible for us, we strongly believe that the dealership should have offered some form of compensation or considered buying the truck back. Canyon Auto Sales had the chance to do right by us, but failed to do so.

Steve was salesman. He was very easy to talk to and helped me get what I meeded. Such a laid back easy process through them. Much better than a big dealership.

Vic was great in the purchase of our daughter’s car. We are most pleased with his service. For a medium-sized business, their operation is very streamlined and modern. I’d recommend this business to anyone who’s looking for a professional operation that sells quality used cars.

Customer service is excellent. They genuinely care that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. They helped me purchase my first and second car. I bought Ford escape and a Jeep Cherokee in my price range. Great set up.

Canyon auto sales I purchased a 2011 Jeep wrangler and it was in good condition and designed to be a toady — a tow vehicle that can be pulled flat w/an RV. It was Supposed to have everything that needed to be towed however when we got home we found out that the tow bar that was in it was not the towbar that went with the vehicle so I brought it back to Canyon auto sales and they made it right and I am very pleased with them I will give them five stars! These guys are GREAT 👍. Honest fair deal on a Ford F-150.. I would recommend this auto dealer highly. They were also patient with our somewhat complicated finance paperwork as we are out of state purchasers.

I bought a truck from Steve and went through the whole process while not being frustrated at all. He answered all my questions and phone calls and even called me to see if I was happy. He made sure I was happy with the deal before it went through. It was by far the best experience I've ever had at buying anything. I would and have recommended friends and family to them. I will definitely go back if I ever want to get rid of my truck. But I really like it so it may be quite awhile....

I had been looking for the very cute Fiat 500, 1957 edition, for quite some time and had lost hope of finding it until about a month ago, when cars.com alerted me that Canyon Auto had this model. Let me begin by saying that if there is an award for best auto sales rep of the year, it should definitely go to Mr. Steve Griffiths. Mr. Steve is honest, straight-forward, dedicated, and available. From being available to speak with my husband and I, to mailing important documents overnight, to knowledgeably speaking about the features and mechanic characteristics of the car, Mr. Steve made the experience of buying a car from Canyon Auto, in Arizona, and bringing it to Colorado, where I am located, an incredibly smooth one. Canyon Auto not only made this process incredibly efficient, but they also made the experience of purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable (I have experienced some strong predatory behavior in other dealerships when looking for vehicles in the past and Canyon had no ounce of this). If you are looking for a vehicle, Canyon is undoubtedly where you need to go!
