Select Auto is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. The staff is extremely courteous and easy to work with. It was surprising to not have a salesperson waiting beside my door the second I parked my vehicle. I walked inside and said which vehicle I was interested in, and then they just handed me the keys! "Take it for a spin" they said......WOW! It was enjoyable to to have the opportunity to check out a vehicle without the hassle or pressure. When it came time to discuss a potential sale, there wasn't the long drawn out back and forth with the 'Manager' spiel that you get everywhere else. We just sat down and talked, made a deal, and everybody went home happy. I definitely recommend Select Auto to be your first and last choice for the best experience around.

We have had consistently good experiences at Select, both in purchasing vehicles (on our 4th) and in getting service. I've never felt pressured in purchases or in service items. We had a "check engine" issue that had been lingering. After diagnosing the problem, which included removing some engine parts to get at the issue, we decided we couldn't afford to fix it at that time. They put things back together with NO CHARGE. Not even the computer diagnostic (that other dealers charge over $100 for). As a result, we've been back for service several times now that times are better for us. I appreciate that there's someone we can trust for purchases and service. It's hard to get either and even more rare to have both in one place! Thank you, Bevington family!

Select auto Frankfort, ky has great pricing, however the thing that turned me off was the customer service. It seemed to take longer than usual and some of the workers do not treat the customer as a priority, they seem to forget about things because they are the only ones in the building doing all the work.

I recently purchased my 2012 Toyota camry from Select. I could not be happier with the friendly service, and the quality of the automobile I purchased. Great service, great price and very quality car! I will definitely be back for future purchases and will recommend the no hassle, friendly service to all! My experience with Dan was unlike any other dealer experience. No pushy salesmen trying to force you into something you don't want. Only helpful friendly service. Five stars!!!

Daniel and the folks at Select Auto are great to work with. They have a no pressure sales tactics. Select is a family owned business and I wanted to but local. A co-worker bought a Ford F-150 there a few weeks prior and mentioned his positive buying experience. I also had heard this from other people around Frankfort. I went by on my lunch hour mentioned the vehicles I was interested in and within minutes I was test driving a 2013 Ford Explorer. Prior to our final decision, Dan did mention that If they did not have what a buyer is looking, for they will find it for you. I have not used the service department but intend to do so if needed. I have heard only good reviews of that department. We went back Friday evening and drove away with a nice SUV. My husband Anthony and I were very please with our buying experience. While we were finalizing the paperwork, the staff even helped clean out my old car so I did not have to come back the next day. Our purchase came in the nick of time and before the big snow January 16. Having a four wheel drive gave me peace of mind when I drove to work the next day. We definitely will recommend Select Auto to anyone.

I recently bought an Infinity G37x at Select Auto and again it was another excellent buying experience. I had just came from another car dealership where I felt a great deal pressure to buy a vehicle and I was very displeased with service there. I stopped by Select Auto because my family has bought cars there in the past and they have always a good reputation. I felt no pressure at all to buy and the level of customer service was impressive. It was nice to meet and spend time with the owners. The whole process was hands off and really laid back. This family owned business treated me like family. I have since visited there for maintenance and they continue to provide exceptional customer service. This will be the 3rd car my family and I have bought from this business and my uncle also has bought cars here. I would recommend this business to anyone. I just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Select Auto. I called ahead to let them know I was coming. They had both cars I wanted to see warmed up ( since it was snowing and freezing cold outside) and ready for me to test drive. The salesman, loan officer and the entire staff was very kind and friendly. The whole buying experience was fast and seamless. I've been to other Lexington dealers, and as a single woman, felt pressured and bullied, but not here! Select Auto also had the best pricing around by far. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought my Town and Country minivan from Select Auto. I looked all over for a particular colored interior, and Select Auto had it! I had an excellent buying experience, and would definitely buy my next car from here. I asked a lot of questions, and Dan thoroughly and patiently answered each of them. He also replied very promptly to my emails and phone calls. There was never any pressure to buy the van, and everyone we worked with was helpful and nice. Once I decided to buy the van, the paperwork was completed very quickly and efficiently. The staff even helped clean out my old car while I was signing the financing paperwork. Overall, I could not have had a more positive car buying experience.
