Bought new 5 years ago, great CROSSTREK at a fair price. It has been fantastic! Every time I have had service it’s been very good. Myra helped us this time and she was excellent!

Salesman lied to us and then proceeded to not even care when confronted. Wouldn't tell us the interest rate of the loan they approved us for said it was against the law.

In Dec. 2015 Glenn Landstrom helped me buy the best car I've ever had, a Subaru Crosstrek at Wallace Subaru, Johnson City, TN. I will never forget how excellent Glen's customer service skills were/are. I give him my highest rating.

Wallace VW in Johnson City is awesome! I have worked with Glenn since 2011. I would bring my VW from out of state for as no other VW could match their quality. I have leased and bought three different times with Glenn. And I just had my Beetle serviced today. I am a definite repeat and satisfied customer!

Deeply disappointed with this lack luster dealership. I definitely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Next time I will skip this place

Wallace Subaru of Johnson City is a good place to shop used cars because Glen Landstrom is on their lot. This guy is straight forward and has a record of super ethics. We appreciate the amount of time and patience he gave us everytime we stepped on the lot. We ask a ton of questions, sometimes twice. Plus he shows lots of respect to his fellow sales reps and the service manager, Barry Redman. Barry is a good guy too.

Glenn has been my sales guy for the last 2 vehicles I have purchased from Wallace! All I can say is Glenn goes above and beyond to help you find the car you are looking for. There is nobody in the Tri Cities that even comes close to what Glenn does to make your car buying experience flawless and painless. I would recommend him for any of your car buying needs! A true professional and friend. Also Mr Barry in service is as good as it gets. This man will go out of his way to help you with any problems you may be having with your vehicle. I have dealt with a lot of service managers and Mr Barry is the best in the business. Wallace is EXTREMELY lucky to have these two and because they do I will continue to give them my business.

I truly enjoy the new car. The staff and service is among the best I’ve seen in in four states I’ve searched for a new car in. I appreciate your place of business and look forward dealing with you in the future.

The general manager is very rude, pushy and arrogant. The are very shady and do not care about you one bit. Go elsewhere.
