Working with Kelsey Yantosca was very easy. He made the process simple and painless. Very grateful to have worked with him. Was very transparent with the purchase and repair process.

Elijah was THE WORST salesman I have ever worked with. 1. Wouldn't let me test drive a car until I was approved for financing. When I told him my credit was great, he kept trying to get me to fill out financing forms. 2. Repeated tried to haggle price with me and get me to sign forms before I had even heard the car run or gotten in it. 3. Said I couldn't get the car looked at by a mechanic because of 'insurance reasons' 4. Even after getting clarification, could not tell me what extra charges of $800 we're. 5. Kept trying to sell me 'undercoating', 'paint protection', and 'tire protection'. Must have said 'No thanks' a dozen times. 6. HERE'S THE MOTHER LOAD- He kept my keys from me and refused to return them to me, while continuing to try to push the sale on me. I would say 'I'm not saying another word until you bring me my keys'. He would leave and return with another offer... But still not bring me my keys. After the 3rd time he did this, I finally had to get up and yell, in the middle of the dealership, "I'M GOING TO CALL THE POLICE RIGHT NOW, IF SOMEBODY DOESNT BRING ME MY GODDAMN KEYS."
