I have done business at this dealership for many many years and have never had a worse experience with Domenick Criscolo. He was rude and rushed the whole process. When we first started the process at looking at the cars he pretended he didn't see us and tried to avoid us. He was so lazy to fill out the form to test drive thew car alone, so he sent another employee with us, he didn't even give us that option. When we went in for paper work he was rude and was rushing so fast that he kept messing up my information. I would just like everyone to know if you have the opportunity to go with another car salesman I recommend you do so. Car salesman are supposed to make the process easier and less stressful, he did quite the opposite.

Just bought a 2020 Prius LE awd-e from Thomson’s Toyota. Had a very pleasant experience working with Xiomara online to get the quote quickly and interacting with Nicole in the sale department. Nicole was very friendly and helpful, she went out her way to clean all the surfaces around her desk before I sat down with her. She answered my questions promptly by emails which shortened the time for person to person contact during the pandemic. I would strongly recommend her if you need to buy a car from Thomson’s Toyota.

I would give them a 0 if it was an option. Roughly 2 weeks spent going back and forth trying to purchase a vehicle and at no point did the sales person answer the specific question I ask regarding costs of warranties. I’ve done business with Thompson in the past and had a not so great experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I went to Thompson Toyota to look at a 2020 Tacoma SR5 V6 Access Cab in early November 2019. I worked with Julian Mitchell and he was very knowledgeable about the truck and vehicles in general. i felt relaxed talking to him and didn't feel pressured. Even though I ended up not buying the truck for personal reasons, I wouldn't hesitate to go back and I have recommended to others to visit Thompson Toyota and to talk to Julian if they are looking for a Toyota.
