Willis worked hard to find the vehicle the entire family could agree on and at a great price. He was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Not only is Toyota one of my favorite vehicles based on quality, safety, reliability and comfort, but buying our new Camry at EST was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. My only regret is that I spent too much time at other dealerships trying to shop around, when none of them could compete with the experience we had at Eastern Shore Toyota.

We went to go look at used cars and ended up leaving with a new car. We knew that we were going to be upside down with our trade in, but with their help and Toyota's incentives, we were able to get an affordable deal on a new car.
