I recently just purchased my second vehicle from Automax Ocala. I told them what I was looking for and they spent several hours comparing everything they had and every vehicle I had a question about. Ryan Frazier, Daniel Collins, Joe Fulner and David Goldburg are all wonderful honest people that made me feel very comfortable, informed, and taken care of through this car buying process. I will return to Automax Ocala every time I am looking for a new ride!

I honestly had a stress-free experience here buying my used vehicle. Ryan was my sales person and Cecil was helpful in helping me purchase this car at Auto Max. The sales people here don't work on a commission, so I felt it was about what I wanted. Really am glad I came here to find exactly what I wanted at a fair price also.

We were not happy about the process of finding the right car since we had just completed the closing of our new home. We recently moved to Florida and closed on a house. We were not looking forward to the process of finding the right car. Upon arriving at carmax Mike McKinney met us at the gate and did not leave us until we had all our i's dotted and t's crossed. We made a better deal than expected and will definitley be returning for our second car. I would recommend carmax and especially Mikes help!

My husband can't stand going to car dealerships and we have dealt with plenty that the salesman are just soooo pushy! Well we just went in to look me see what I wanted exactly and Santiago listened to what we wanted and didn't try to change our mind or push us to buying something we didn't want or couldn't afford. So my husband actually said I will definitely be back there, that was the best experience I've had buying a car! I was so glad he was happy because he was buying the car for me! Will recommend them to anyone I know!! Ps- the car drives magnificent and I love it!!

What an above and Beyond customer service experience with salesman Andrew Talsky. Was undecided on which make of truck I wanted so Andrew took time with me to test drive several models, and was very knowledgeable about the features of each manufacturer. Great experience with management also, will buy vehicles here again!

Jacob was very patient, professional and greeted us as soon as we arrived. Never did I feel pressured to buy or settle for something I truly didn't want. We did leave with a very nice car with a better deal than I was offered at another dealership for a similiar car with less features.
