I told a friend that I needed to buy a newer car. She said go see Dale at Bobb Automotive. He sold me a nice car. So I came in to the dealership with my friend Ethel and I left in a beautiful silver Ford Focus. My salesman Dale, took the time to look the car over with me, He even checked the tires for me because I told him I was on a fixed income and it would be hard to afford new tires soon after my purchase. I picked out a very nice car, he explained the financing to me and was easy to deal with. I love my Focus. It was nice to meet a salesperson who really seams to care.

Dale J. Kontul was my sales person. He made the experience very comfortable. He contacted me promptly after I used a tool on their website to see what my trade in was worth. I was very upfront with him that I was rebuilding my credit. I was a little upset and not looking forward to a car payment again after not having one for close to six years. Dale picked out a car for me to look at and I was very happy with his choice. The car was very nice, low mileage and even though it was loaded with extras the rate they got me was definitely in an affordable range. Customer service was excellent.

The service writer was most helpful, professional and sensitive to my situation. He walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable with necessary decisions.

What I liked about my experience was Steve Barnhart. I've worked with Steve a few times over the years and he's always been great. A nice, funny, all around good guy. The reason why I gave my score a 4 instead of 5 was because when I got home I noticed a nice sized dent in the passenger side fender. I didn't notice that at first. And the front bumper is banged up too. That's on me for not noticing.
