Always a pleasure

2nd vehicle purchased here and both times were a pleasure from the sales staff to the service department. I will keep coming back to purchase a new Nissan

Pleasant experience

I had a very pleasant experience with the salesman and manager when trading my car for my new rogue. This is the third vehicle I have gotten through Kelly Nissan. They were not pushy and were very accommodating and informative.

Inspection

Good experience. Got in right away when apt was scheduled for. Given time frame for service and car was ready before promised time. No problems.

Extremely Pleased With Service at Route 33 Kelly Nissan,

I am taking time to write this review about a car dealership that goes out of its way to ensure the customer is pleased. Route 33 Kelly Nissan, Easton, Pa. is such a dealership. Whenever I need service the people in the Service Department make every effort to accommodate my needs. Recently I had a transmission problem with my Versa Note. The cost of repair would have been beyond my ability to pay for the repair. The service manager, Jon Miller and Service Representative, Rian Foust worked with me and the repair was accomplished within my means. I must also say the people at Nissan Corporate were very efficient and helpful as well. Ultimately I have a car that is working perfectly and the repair was expertly done. I like to have service and repairs done at the dealership because I know it will be accomplished with qualified technicians. They even loaned my a car to use during the time necessary to make the repair. Bottom line: I will be a customer of Kelly Nissan for life. They truly know the value of customer satisfaction and I appreciate having a local dealer I can trust.

all out great guy/sales person

had a very non stressful fairly easy morning at Kelly Saturday with our salesman Eric Sparrow. Very relaxed & no pressure. Went out of his way for us until we came to an agreement. We could have left & tried again another day or went back to Rothrock but chose to stay with Eric & we are glad we did & to be back at Kelly.

2018 Rogue

Very friendly and courteous staff, service was performed on time. waiting area comfortable and clean free beverages and snacks were provided. Fair price for service provide.

Friendly experience

Was advised of all necessary service required. Given options on servicing need. Experience was very good. Will have all Nissan specific service performed at this dealership. Was kept aware of all phases of the servicing from first arrival to final review.

Excellent service & experiment

My experience with Rick at Kelly Nissan was by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Throughout the entire process Rick was extremely patient and incredibly helpful. I never felt the insane pressure to make the purchase, but instead felt like I had someone on my side helping me to make the most informed decision and get the most out of my money. Aside from a wonderful sales and finance team, Kelly Nissan had a lot of high quality used vehicles that I would recommend to my friends and family. I left with my new purchase feeling confident that I made the best decision and could not be more grateful for the help of Rick throughout the process.

Best Dealer Experience

This was our first purchase from Kelly Nissan and it won’t be our last! After dealing with several other dealerships, Kelly’s takes the cake.
