I just picked up a Chevy Equinox.

I just picked up a Chevy Equinox. Next day, I found out the air pressure on one of the tires was low. I thought it was because of the cold weather. I kept an eye on the tire pressure and pumped air to keep it going. Last Monday I took it back to the dealer, the car only had 120 miles on. The young lady at the service department took all my information and later called me and said, there is a nail on the tire and we cannot fix it and according to the service rep I need to replace the tire and the cost of the new tire is $ 360 something. I felt kind of bad and talked to the salesperson who sold me the car. He consulted with the manager and said they cannot do anything. I told the young lady I will see if I can get that fixed somewhere else. She said, you may not make to the tire repair place, you will have a flat before you get there. I had enough tire pressure, matter of fact, it didn't go down at all by the time I got to the tire shop. The tire shop showed me the nail , they fixed it within 10 minutes and didn't charge me a penny.

Excellent customer service, comfortable and clean

Excellent customer service, comfortable and clean atmosphere. Never pushing to buy a vehicle but someone is always available if you have questions or if you have any issues.

Horrid experience, first no one greets you as they are

Horrid experience, first no one greets you as they are relaxing around the front desk having a chat like its tea time. Then, it took longer than it needed to as they finished their conversation. Next, Business development team told me to come look at a used car that was out for repair that was not even on their property. Thereafter, Used car sales manager Brent Morley got very offended, rude, and belligerent (even swore at me) when asking questions about the price. This behavior is childish and very unprofessional regardless of if I am right or wrong. I probably would have bought the car if he didn't go on an outrage over a question he did not want to answer about the vehicle. My sales person however, was as kind and as sympathetic as can be about the whole interaction, even if it was fake or not. If anything promote her to Used Car Sales manager as she knows how to be professional, kind, and act like an adult.

A bunch of incompetent morons work here. Everyone, including the owner Joe. Avoid the dealership at all cost! They will cost you money and take no responsibility. They transferred my plates off a vehicle I was keeping, without my permission and will do nothing about it.

Beware of this dealership!

Beware of this dealership!!! I would avoid this dealership at all cost. They couldn’t pay me to come back! Save your money and heartache; take your business to another dealership and thank me later. The General Sales Manager Ken Chambers is utterly the most incompetent, rude, dishonest and disrespectful human being. I’m not sure whom gave him this position but please reevaluate your highering process to ensure that your managers know how to manage. I have a full recording of my conversation with Mr. Ken Chambers. His behavior was extremely inappropriate, offense and it all reflects in the recording. I have filled a formal complaint with General Motors; not just about the issue at hand but more importantly about his behavior.

Best Chevy Dealer in this area

This is the closest Chevy dealer to my house, very nice place. The prices need to be lower.

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. Went into this location at 1pm today to test drive a vehicle. It is now 640pm and I am just getting home. The vehicle had 6 codes going off after being restarted(had to get gas) and the car wouldn't restart. This has to be the absolute worst experience I have had buying a car. The sales person was the only one to say anything to me. They just wasted 5 and 1/2 hours of my day. Make sure to have a mechanic go over the car before buying from here. I don't write bad reviews... This experience was ridiculous and they acted like I was the burden. Unreal!!! Good luck to the sales team here, I can tell y'all are good people... But shame on Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet, what an embarrassment.

If I could give it no stars I would.

If I could give it no stars I would. We took it in for warranty work earlier this year, they wrecked our vehicle and now show no record of the accident. After multiple attempts to fix it with them. We are now looking at damage costs over $15,000 because it was never done right. The wreck caused a leak and now my family is sick from mold growing in it. They won't release any paperwork, they have lied, they take no pride in their work and only care about lining their pockets. No concern for the health and safety of their clients!
