Got me a ES 350 FSport
Stephanie was so awesome I can't thank her enough. She was so patient and understanding, even though I cancelled my transaction due to some unforeseen things come up at the last minute. Then after I got that sorted out I was able to still purchase the car I ordered. They were so nice and held it for me. She went over everything about the car and helped me set everything up before I left the lot. We now have 3 Lexus's in our family.

Beware of Lexus Honolulu Service Team.
Beware of Lexus Honolulu Service Team. No follow up and recommend ridiculous and unnecessary repairs. Seem more interested in you buying a new car vs. keeping yours in good condition. I stopped taking my older Lexus car to them because it seemed like they wanted it to break so I would buy a new one. I've owned it for 8 years with no major issues until I would take it in for regular service...then some random thing that cost a lot of money would happen. I told them I'm going to drive it until it has 300k, but I guess they were still hopeful I wouldn't? I just purchased a new (to me) Lexus. Went to them before they bought it and got it checked out because it had been serviced at Servco Lexus by the original owner for its entire life. No issues, they said it was a great car, full records and they don't see it except for regular service. It has been a great car, but air suspension went out and cost a lot to fix... fine, it happens and hard to know ahead of time (I convinced myself). Now dash lights come on intermittently and they bring up codes - with codes they said it could be a couple of? things, it would take $4,500 to repair and its not worth repair - "I should just get a new car" (that was what came out of the service guys mouth, no joke). The work they are wanting to do would cost $1,500 at any other shop... But they're not even sure that would fix the problem. The worst part is that I literally bought it a year ago - it is my NEW car! They know this, why would they tell me to get rid of it instead of helping me fix it. It's so frustrating! It's like if it's older than 5 years or out of their warranty period they just expect you to trade-in? and get a new car from them? Why even have a service dept.? I feel like they have no interest in taking care of me or my car - back panel piece and door body panel are loose, and they won't get new clips to fix them, they said they could order a whole new piece, but wouldn't give me a price to do that. Said they could double stick tape it on... I said that would be fine for now so it wouldn't fall off. Stupid thing for a dealer service dept. to say, but they didn't even do that. On top of all of this,? there is a recall on my car. They said it was a simple fix. They scheduled the recall appointment with me, dropped the ?car off in the morning, and halfway through the day they text me to pick up the car. Nothing was done!! - they needed to order the parts from the ?factory might take 3-5 days or more (why wasn't this known and done before my appt?) - I asked them to let me know when they're in - over a month goes by with no communication - text back after a month to see where it's at... no response. Seriously... I'm done.

Stephanie was super patient with us with our multiple questions . She did a great fob showing us all of the car features and explained all of the various services we get for the next 1-10 years. I will be a repeat customer!

Great service, courteous, attentive staff!
Purchased our third Lexus from this dealership. Rodney Aki was our salesman each and every time. Buying a new car can often be an ordeal. Rodney has always gone out of his way to help with the process. Friendly, honest, courteous. I recommend Rodney if you’re looking for a Lexus Facilities at Servco Lexus are little worn compared to other luxury car dealerships but the staff’s attitude more than make up for it.

Sandy Kelly is the most helpful salesperson at the Lexus dealership. This is my second new car I've purchased at Lexus and I am very pleased with all aspects of Lexus to include David from finance to the maintenance and service writers.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
Service was outstanding from Gordon Tasaka (sales), Lauren Kimura (financial), and all other Lexus representatives. They all were professional, personable, provided suggestions, and did not appear to be pushy at all. They made me feel like a valued customer. I researched all my options, and based my decision to trade-in my RX400H for a NX300H (new). I have dealt with Gordon for many years, and he has never changed. He's someone who is trustworthy to be upfront. Outstanding service! :D

Ist Class!
I have purchased about 8-9 Lexus automobiles from Roy. His knowledge of Lexus automobiles is excellent and he has been very helpful when choosing models or colors. There were times when I hesitated about a particular color he recommended for me and each time I was very happy with the suggestion. Roy's after purchase familiarizing with the automobile is also excellent. He recently walked me through the electronics on my new fully loaded FSport RX and it was as easy as 1-2-3! My phone was paired, all my safety features were turned on and set to my driving habits, my favorite radio stations were programmed and all of the other features were covered in a short period of time. That means I get to enjoy my car and not have to worry about setting up. Service at Lexus is also excellent! All of my cars only go to Lexus because I want it done right and it has been so from the check in to the pick up. Doug and Harry are the ones I usually request for check in and they make sure all of my concerns are taken care of. I have never had a reason to be dissatisfied with service. Norman
