I had a good experience working with Mr.C's to purchase a used vehicle. He is a no pressure, honest dealer who obviously has many repeat customers due to the positive buying experience. I have bought many cars in the past and this was definitely the fastest process I have been through anywhere.

We recently purchased an Infiniti QX56 and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the dealership. Chuck was very quick to return calls and answer and questions that we had. We drove 4 hours to get this vehicle and it was exactly as he had described over the phone. The vehicle was fairly priced as well. I would highly recommend this dealer. I have been looking for the right suv for a month. I called about a QX4 that was online from Mr.C's, this appeared to be the one! I was told by the salesman that his wife was driving it and it would not be available for 3 weeks. My question is why advertise it until it is available. I was very interested in the vehicle. It raises questions about the dealership!

I recently purchased my first used car from this dealership and it is beautiful - practically new. Shortly after buying the car, there was a minor issue but to my surprise they were nice enough to take care of the repairs as well as pay for them, even though I bought the car as is! The salesmen are very honest and sincere, and this is the absolute best service I could have asked for in a dealership. I highly recommend going to Mr. C's.

This was the first time dealing with Chuck (the owner) and it was a very pleasant experience. He is very honest and forthright. He really wants the best for his costumers. Obviously, he is trying to make a living but not by pricing his cars so over the top ..the prices are fair. His follow up was good and the overall the experience was great. I will go back to Mr. C's even if it is just to say hi.

Anyone who has any dealings with the owner Mr C ( Chuck) knows he is one of the best car guys in the business. This dealership has been in the same location and owned by the same family for over 25 years! That's something all in itself. I have purchased personally over 15 cars over the years from him and he always discloses where the cars come from and what if anything they need. Most of his cars are ONE OWNER vehicles that were traded in at high end dealers ( Lexus, Mercedes ) ect . He always offers a car fax to see the history of what your buying also. It may not be the prettiest dealership on the block but who cares I want the best price not an espresso while I look around. The negative reviews on here are a joke. You want to be schmoozed go to a big box car dealer and get put away with a $2-4000 add on to what they got on the trade in your looking at. You want an honest man to do business with ( Mr C the owner himself) stop by and see him personally !
