West Herr Honda

My wife and I were looking for two vehicles to lease or buy. We had already test drove a number of vehicles and visited other dealerships in the area when we came in and met Heidi Gebler at West Herr. Heidi delivered on all that she promised, was technically astute, pleasant, patient, and had excellent followup. We ended up leasing two vehicles. I would highly recommend Heidi based on our experience.

Once upon a time, oh, maybe 6-7 years ago, the analogy of going to the dentist for major surgery trumped buying a car. That being said, my wife started doing business with Heidi Gebler (I actually think Heidi was with another dealer at the time) and the pains of buying and/or leasing vehicles actually became enjoyable--we'd ask to see something and Heidi delivers, literally--and quickly. Dragging my father into his own purchases of cars, I'd have to say we've done business with Heidi and West Herr Honda on five or six painless deals; and I can honestly say that we've never had one negative issue. An organization obviously starts at the top and a tip of the cap for Mr. Beiler is well-deserved. Living in WNY for most of my life I've heard only positive things about this gentleman. A big thank you to Heidi Gebler for finding my wife the right Honda last week, but more importantly making the experience one I'm happy to share with friends and family. Very good, prompt service from Erik Brungard and a fair deal

I bought a new C-RV from West Herr Honda. Every other Honda dealership I always felt like I was getting a bad deal. This is the second car I bought here and I could not be happier. Great dealership and nice people.

When I was considering several of the cars on West Herr's website, the dealer I was corresponding with, Erik Arden, helped me get a great deal on a used 2011 Civic in beautiful condition. The buying process was fast, and he helped walk me through it in a very friendly manner. I went in to the dealership late in the morning, and by lunchtime I was able to leave in my new car.

Good info w/o the hassle of "the shell game". Liked the honesty, the humor and quick response of James. Didn't like the discounted Ding repair add on AFTER I turned down the original priced product.
