I was searching recently for a Honda Accord for my 20 year old granddaughter. I started my search at cars.com. Within a few minutes I was able to get a sense of the price range for a good used Accord. I spotted a 2017 Honda Accord with 67,000 miles at Crafts Motors in Lisbon, Maine. Most of the other vehicles had over 100,000 miles. I called the dealership and spoke to Mike Storm. He gave me a brief history of the car. We were able to test drive the car later the same day. Three days later one of his drivers met me at an independent auto repair shop. They gave the car a clean bill of health. My granddaughter purchased the car later that same day at a very competitive price. I highly recommend doing business with Mike Storm and his team mates at Crafts Motors!

Bought a truck from them with a hydraulic suspension, brought it back and forth several times to be fixed. Had to get a supervisor to try and fix the problem, was told it was fixed and a week later truck wouldn’t go back up to drive level. This time brought it to a Ram dealer just to figure out the parts craft said they fixed were indeed needing to be replaced. New leveling sensor and had to remove moisture from nitrogen system and refill, all which crafts had said they fixed just a week or so before. We tried going with crafts since we bought the truck from them but surely they did not know what they were doing nor did they try to point us in a direction to get our problem fixed. I understand not everyone is perfect but if you say you have fixed something, I indeed think it should be fixed and if you can’t or don’t know how to, it would have been respectful to say we can’t seem to figure it out so we didn’t keep on thinking the truck was fixed then braking down and needing it towed.
