Didn't feel pressured at all, went in hoping for a used

Didn't feel pressured at all, went in hoping for a used vehicle and came out with a new 2025 Tucson instead. Very pleased with the outcome.

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Phil

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Phil Long Hyundai, and once again, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The timing of our purchase couldn't have been worse, yet the entire team made it feel effortless and enjoyable from start to finish. We initially had our eyes on the 2026 Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy, and although the price gave us pause, Levi went above and beyond. He introduced us to the Santa Fe Hybrid and encouraged us to take it home overnight. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the dealership's confidence and customer-first mindset. Getting to truly live with the vehicle--testing its comfort, tech, and impressive hybrid system that delivered over 40 MPG combined--was a game-changer. When we returned the next day, Levi offered us a test drive in the new Palisade Hybrid, and within minutes, we knew it was the one. The craftsmanship, comfort, and technology rival luxury models like the Audi Q7 and BMW X7--yet at a fraction of the cost, and with over 30 MPG combined. Levi was phenomenal throughout--knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He let us steer the process at our own pace and made sure every question was answered. Hannah, our Finance Officer, was equally impressive--professional, efficient, and kind. She made the entire transaction smooth, fast (under an hour!), and free of the typical high-pressure tactics you find elsewhere. Phil Long Hyundai continues to set the standard for what a car-buying experience should be--transparent, enjoyable, and built on trust. Levi and Hannah, thank you both for redefining customer service. This is hands-down one of the best Hyundai dealerships in the state of Colorado.
