Bergstrom Volkswagen of Oshkosh

My experience at Bergstrom's Nissan in Oshkosh is always excellent. Tim my service rep is friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and always there to greet me and listen to my concerns. And............I love my Nissan Altima Coupe!

Since it was Wednesday, i got my oil changed at the Honda part of Bergstrom. Very nice helpful staff. Did work very quickly also.

The personnel are all professional and courteous. I was so impressed with the bodyshop last year that I referred my family there recently and they were equally pleased. I like the fact that systems are interlinked with other dealerships to get info efficiently.

Fast and friendly personal that go the extra mile to ensure that the work is completed with the utmost quality.

Even tho the appointment that I had made earlier in the day did not show up on the schedule, Dustin made sure that all service was completed as planned.

I got passed around to 8 different sales people across 3 facilities just to find out if the vehicle I inquired on was in stock. Not impressed given the level of competition in this industry.

They were able to attend to my needs as a walk in, I am visiting from Georgia. Very professional & friendly, and I was in & out rather quickly.

The service consultant explained what would be done at the 15,000 service call. He asked if I had any questions. Very thorough in making sure I understood what they did/found when I picked up the car. Service was even finished earlier than expected. I loved the car wash too

Joel and Matt are great! Sorry to see Joel leave but he will do a great job at your Volkswagon dealership. Service is always excellent. Drivers do a great job getting me to work and picking me up.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Comfortable, clean waiting area.
