The sales staff was very easy to work with when buying my

The sales staff was very easy to work with when buying my QX60. The concierge service has been great since I don't live in Winston Salem and work from home. They bring me a loaner vehicle and take my car for service. The drivers are very professional and I don't worry about my vehicle in their hands. If you're looking for a new vehicle I would give them a shot.

Eli, my service professional took my car immediately,

Eli, my service professional took my car immediately, explained how long it would take, provided me with a loaner when he thought I would need to wait longer to perform the recall. Eli is always so helpful and provides the best customer service, and my vehicles have been getting the best service since 2008 when I purchsed my first Infiniti from Modern Infiniti.

I was very pleased with the customer service and advice

I was very pleased with the customer service and advice given from Eli. He was not overbearing, but gave good advice and was able to give me a loaner so I did not have to wait in house.

Andre was so easy to work with! He answered all of my (maybe annoying) questions with professionalism and knowledge. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
