Review for Crossroads Ford Wake Forest

Repair issue immediately upon returning home. Sensor control for transfer case pressure needs replacing. I was told there were no recalls on vehicle, only to find out there are two outstanding recalls. Brake rotors need turning. All these issues with a vehicle that I was originally told qualified as CPO.

Awesome experience!! Richie my sales specialist was very accommodating! Picked me up from the airport, took me to the dealership and in about ten minutes I was on my way back home which was 969.6 miles away. This was our second F-450 to be purchased from the Crossroads Ford family.

Needs work.

Bought a certified pre owned from here, everything looked fine but they had me waiting 45 min to ?detail? my car and it was FILTHY on the inside. Shampooed the seats myself and the water was black, found a few cigarette butts in the seat pocket, wiped down the dashboard and the rag I used was black. Also, it?s been a month and I have no tags yet, just temporary ones
