Joseph is the Friendly sales rep that answered all my

Joseph is the Friendly sales rep that answered all my questions, and there were a lot of them. The Finance department and manager and was able to work with my budget to make this purchase happen. I learned different ways to finance and make payments that worked for me. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

We were able to shop for our vehicle from website and

We were able to shop for our vehicle from website and visit the dealership on the day we chose to pick it up and turn in our leased vehicle. In and out in an hour. No pushy sales or runaround. Chris, Brandon, Rick and the entire staff did an amazing job to keep us informed throughout the entire process. We truly felt like part of the family.

I took my 2010 Ford Focus SE to be repaired at Crossroads

I took my 2010 Ford Focus SE to be repaired at Crossroads Ford. The price of the repairs were more than what the car was worth, so I decided not to have the car repaired. When I received the service bill I was surprised to find out I had a bill for a diagnostic test. I did not ask for a test and told the service dept I had a leak in the power steering unit that needed to be fixed. I asked the service dept supervisor why I am paying for a diagnostic test when I didn't ask for one, I was told every car pays for that test when it is brought in for service .This is the last time I will bring any vehicle to Crossroads Ford for service. I do not feel they can be trusted to do honest work on any vehicle without adding on extra fees or work that will cost a customer a considerable amount more than what a repair should cost. Customer beware of this business. .

Service staff went above and beyond with this repair and

Service staff went above and beyond with this repair and working with Ford Motor. Warranty was just over on mileage and they pleaded our case which in turn saved us a few bucks.

If you need services like an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and you need them done in a timely manner, then PLEASE do yourself a favor and held on over to Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest. Sit back and watch the time fly and the next thing you know they are pulling your vehicle around already done. See Mr. Curtis

A pillar recall.

A pillar recall. They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me and came out to my house and replaced the A pillar and it looks great.
