Needed something done that was going to require a new

Needed something done that was going to require a new part anyway and they did not even try to pry off the cable just said needed a new part. I would have tried but that was only part of the issue. I don't feel he called other part departments in the area to try and source the part. I just had to wait a day. Also your business should offer rides to people to get them home safely.

On May-12-2025 I take my work truck to replace the rear

On May-12-2025 I take my work truck to replace the rear rotors and brakes and your guys forgot to tighten the positive battery nuts, so my battery got bad. I speak with the guy on front desk las week about it but at the end i didn't get any answer. Thank you

Great Service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great Service and a welcoming atmosphere. I have Chase do all the service work on my 2022 Suburban and have not ever had a problem. I am also thinking of buy a 2025 Suburban.
