Here’s fifteen words….$304.00 to replace a Radio antenna which I brought the parts in for? 10 years servicing my truck, I’m going else where. Good service until this last one. I feel like I got Ripped Off! Never again unless you make it Right. Say Good by to a Very Loyal Customer and ‘Word of Mouth’ is worth ALOT! What do you think I’ll say about your service to others? I know you probably do not care….

Terrible, extreme lack of communication and professionalism. When your customer says: I've called you four times today and left you two messages, your response should NEVER be..I was busy ya know.
