i drove from Ithaca having reviewed a possible car online. Matched my expectations. Kristian was exceedingly helpful, honest, and gave as much information as desired. I drove home and developed an issue with a sensor which was a pricey fix. Called and was invited to either have the part sent to me or return and they would do it free. I drove back and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. They were not obligated to install the part but willing did so and affirmed their integrity which is huge in this business. Gave me helpful advice on tires and even made recommendations for getting them at places where they receive a discount. Can't ask for any more!

I helped my son purchase a used vehicle thru East Coast Motors, our experience was exemplary. Brent, one of the owners could not have been more helpful, he had all the information on the car, helped us with an extended warranty, made sure the vehicle had been put thru a thorough check from their mechanics, even gave us new floor mats without being asked. I would highly recommend this dealer and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle thru them.

As a smallish dealer I was at first sceptical of east coast motors but the second I started the car I knew I'd be purchasing it. I found my RAV4 online via CarGurus and was very happy with the price we negotiated upon. Kristian worked to fill my needs with the vehicle and I drove off happy with my new (used) car! Would 100% recommend to any internet buyers who may be on the fence about this dealer!

I've been researching for a uses Honda Odyssey for over a year. Many I found were not in a price range that I thought was fair. I found a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L on cargurus with under 50,000 miles on it and under $22,000! This is very rare as far as I've researched. I thought there must be a reason it is priced so great. Something must be wrong with it... Kristian from East Coast Motors saw I was interested in the vehicle and contacted me within like 15 minutes after visiting the site letting me know that the vehicle was still available and to just let him know when I wanted to come look at and drive the vehicle. No pressure salesman! I live a bit away from East Coast Motors so I called Kristian and spoke to him a bit about financing and if the already great price was at all negotiable. To my suprise he was willing to negotiate the price and he found me a car loan for 3.99% interest almost immediately. When I got their the next day to take the van for a drive everything was all set. After driving the vehicle there was a very slight wabble when braking down hill. The owner Chris went with me for another ride to see what I was talking about. They offered to put new brakes and roaders on; however I didn't have time for them to do that so they gave me new brakes and roaders to take with me (My dad is a mechanic and could put these on for me). Paperwork went smooth and the process was done in under two hours. I drove my Van off the lot and so far the family loves it. I would highly recommend this dealer and if I'm ever looking for another vehicle I will be looking here first. Thank you Chris and Kristian!

Decided to stop by East Coast Motors after repeatedly driving by their Upper Front St location on my daily commute. Their selection of clean late model SUVs caught my eye as I was in the market for a specific Jeep. While I didn't find the exact model I was looking for on their lot, the owner, Chris, took down my info and promised to look into finding exactly what I was after- to my surprise & delight Chris got back to me with THE exact model I was looking for with the added bonus of a great price. Needless to say I jumped at the opportunity East Coast presented & am now the proud owner of my dream vehicle. I would like to thank AND personally recommend Chris, Brent C. & the entire staff at East Coast Motors- they made the sometimes daunting process of purchasing a new vehicle into a painless & dare I say enjoyable few days!

Kudos to Chris and Brent on a great buying experience. I no I no longer needed my Dodge Ram and stopped in casually to check out the possibility of trading it in for a more efficient vehicle. I fell in love with a midnight blue Nissan Altima with very comfortable seating. The customer service loan availability and expedient process was amazing. We bought a Honda Odyssey and we were amazed at the customer service at East Coast Motors. The owner, Chris Van Housen, went out of his way to be reachable at any time, even outside of his working hours, and he stood by his product. When we found a problem with the power doors after buying the vehicle, East Coast Motors went above and beyond to make sure the problem was addressed at no expense to us. Overall, the experience of working with Chris and buying the car was great!

Drove over 50 miles to buy a 2012 Ford Focus SE, Car was in excellent shape, they gave me a great deal, communication was outstanding. I e-mailed several times with questions, and they got back to me ASAP even after hours. Thanks again guys for the great experience, my 17 year old son could not be happier with his car.

I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV in October. Both Brent and Chris were amazing!! Brent was extremely helpful during the sale and with financing and Chris was fantastic with his follow up care! I was able to drive off the lot with my car the same day I test drove it! There was a small chip in the paint before purchase. Brent ordered the match paint from the Honda dealership and helped to repair the paint when it came in. After my warranty was up I realized my battery was weak. I called Chris and he was more then helpful in the replacement of the battery making sure it was replaced the same day as my call. I am more then pleased with my car and the service I received!! I would (and have already been) recommending east coast motors to anyone!
