Mountain Loop Motors

My boyfriend purchased 2 vehicles the same day. 1 a Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Tahoe. Escalade needs new rotors and the head lights won't work even after they have been changed. We are hoping changing the ballast will get them to work again. The Tahoe started having check engine light and service the traction light go on 6 days after we purchased it. We took it in to find out its going to cost us 2 to 5000 to fix the top part of the engine. I'm not a car person but in my opinion this sucks! Ya the Tahoe has 200,000 miles on it, but it should have at least lasted a couple of months before it broke down. We contacted the dealer after we learned what the issues were to hear oh sorry to hear that. Don't go to this dealership the cars look good, but are garbage!!!!! I'm still waiting on the grand total on how much this is going to cost us. From a small business to another, you need to work on not screwing over others!

Everyone was great. But returning calls we're something to be desired. Then sold car after not consulting me. I was told that I would be contacted , if price for loan would be change after contacting Loan officer. Didn't call to see if I was still interested before they sold it. Not happy with this kind of business . Not how I operate.

I called about a rig they had on their lot on a Monday they told be the price and some specs on the vehicle and told me to come in the next day (Tuesday) and check it out so I show up on Tuesday and they say that they had a person come Inext and put a 4000 deposit on the vehicle so I told them I was still intrested and to give me a call if it becomes available again on Wednesday I called and they said the deal fell through and to come in on Thursday morning and we can talk numbers so I show up on Thursday right when they open and a employee said that it had sold so I ask to talk to their boss and he said that the guy had came in and put 3000 down the night before... I didn't receive a call from them or anything it was completely unprofessional and I will never return to them again

Just bought my second rig from MLM banks where being a pain, but Dave got-er done. These guys will really go to bat for you and fight for you till your driving off in your new rig. Will always buy from them no pressure sales people, great environment.
