I drove five hours each way to City World Ford in The Bronx, NY to buy a used car—only to find the battery badly corroded, the interior filthy, and reeking of smoke. They promised to replace the rusted battery and fully detail it by the next day, so I even gave them extra time and agreed to come back in three days at 3 PM, with repeated assurances it would be ready. I called multiple times before 3 PM to assure that the car would be ready as it’s a very long drive for me to get to the dealership. When I returned after that five-hour drive, they said it was “almost ready.” Since I wasn’t financing, I needed a certified check, so I prepared one—but Juan Morla, the finance director, deliberately stalled by texting on his phone and was extremely rude and dismissive, apparently trying to run out the clock before the bank closed. He was one of the most disrespectful and manipulative individuals I have ever worked with and i’ve purchased several cars previously. I managed to get the check at the last minute and raced back, only to learn they still hadn’t replaced the battery, cleaned the interior, or removed the smoke odor. They blamed being “backed up,” despite telling me minutes earlier the car was almost ready. On top of that, they had said it would be ready in a day and I gave them 3 days and they still couldn’t do a basic battery replacement and detail. I hadn’t actually paid yet—I only had the check—so I backed out of the deal. They refused to deliver the car despite all the inconveniences, and I refuse to pay for a vehicle that still has a rusted battery and a filthy, smoke-stained interior. City World Ford is disorganized, dishonest, and downright rude. Avoid at all costs.

Your customer service is for sh. All they do is past the buck . Twice in the last 6 month I called to get help and twice I was told to bring the car up for service and that they would need 24 hours to diagnose the problem with hearing the problem twice went on YouTube problem fixed you sure can see cars but ends after that lasy customer reps. I'm stupid I've leased back to back explorers stupid me . Never again. Leave your and make your way home we will call u twice. , never again ya get what u pay for!!!!!!

I went back in August with Title in hand to buy a MachE that they confirmed was available. I saw the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT in ice blue (still on their website) posted but when I got there they showed me a Red GT instead. I test drove it and has to buy it, I had my title in hand but they refuse to sell it to me at that point and said they would call me later if it was available. So they essentially baited me with one to bring me in to look at another. Anyway they called me back a few days later and said it's available I said great I just wanted to confirm the price so I could cut a check for the difference, they confirmed the prize but then added 10K. Seriously uncool It made this GT more expensive than the performance Edition. I told him where they can put their mark up and I found another dealership where for 6K more I got myself a performance edition and I'm extremely happy with it. Dealers like this, with bait and switch tactics, and high markups are really ruining Ford's brand. I am so glad I found an honest reputable dealer, who not only gave me a great price on my trade-in, but charged MSRP, no hidden fees, nothing extra, and a great sales experience. I don't know how you stay in business and I don't know how you get so many good reviews here. Your Google reviews are horrible and it doesn't seem like anything has changed. If I were you I would avoid this dealership and check out the reviews over at Google, they're nowhere near as glowing.

Inquired online and I received a text from Peter Garcia immediately for 11/19 @ 6. I stopped by to look, Peter showed my the options available in the car I wanted. I drove the car home that night. Totally great experience from start to finish. Peter could not have been more accommodating...he even programmed/personalized the electronics for me!
