After weeks of searching for a great car within my budget, I came across Used Imports Auto. They have such a great selection of cars for amazing prices. I had the opportunity to work with Chris. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and in the price range that I wanted. Most salesmen tend to try to get over a women but he was very understanding and respectful of my expectations. I traveled from Huntsville Alabama to buy a used Lexus ES 350. I spoke with a very candid and witty Internet Finance officer Chris Diaz who was awesome and very knowledgable. I called at 10:30 am and traveled 4 hours to get to Used Imports on a rainy misarable day but I almost forgot about the dreary mist outside once I arrived and met Chris. I test drove this immaculate Lexus with out having to ride with a salesman which was very refreshing, it was a trustworthy gesture I believe and once I pulled back in to the dealership...Chris put all the numbers together, dotted the I's crossed the T's & had me out of there in literally 45 mins. This was a perfect experience! I would recommend Used Imports and Mr.Diaz to anyone who was in need of a great vehicle. 5 STARS!!

This is an amazing place to buy a car! The salesmen do not pressure you, are helpful, and very pleasant. They have a wide variety of cars for a great price. Definitely the way to go! I will refer used auto imports to everyone looking to buy a car.

I went by after work to look at one of there Toyota 4runners. When I inspected the car the whole undercarriage was badly rusted, there were broken lug nuts on 2 of the tires, and when I test drove it I made a turn and the alignment went out. Over all I was not impressed with there collection. The car was purchased up in New York where the car can be purchased for a lot cheaper (because of the conditions) and sold down here for a much higher price. Time wasted.

From the moment I spoke with my sales rep, Mia, I knew my car buying process was going to be simple. I prefer to drive only luxury cars and they have the best selection around! Mia was very friendly and she had the car I was interested in purchasing (BMW X3) ready for me when I got there to test drive. I completed the application process in person and that was just as simple. I was then turned over to Tim; the finance manager, who secured me a financing deal with Wells Fargo that I was ecstatic about. These two gave me the best customer service I've ever had in a car buying experience, the entire staff is friendly and again there was no pressure. I have referred a couple of friends to them and I am just as confident they will be taken care of the way I was. Oh yeah, my next car - I'm getting from them. Stick around guys, I'll be back!!

The weather was terrible, but the service was great. They were helpful, quick, and easy to work with. From the test drive to the paperwork, the whole thing went very smoothly. We looked at cars at several different dealership, this one was the best and had the best cars too.

I bought a BMW 750 from this dealership and so far so good!! I had a great overall experience, Vernon the sales man was great and easy to work with and Ali the finance manager was terrific. Very easy going no hassel. I got a great price on the BMW and they gave me a very fair value on my trade in. I definitely would recommend this dealership and will go back there for my next ride!!!
