I've been looking for a f350 Diesel for over a year and I found Michaels auto plaza had a very large selection of the truck I have been searching for. I found there prices were very fair. I ended up buying a 2013 f350 with 104k. Not a new truck! After driving the truck for a week 250 mile there were a few things I had found wrong with the truck.... i'm an auto mechanic by trade for a ford dealer. Without an appointment I brought the truck back to drop off for them to Address my concerns . They told me it will be a few days before the could get to it but would check it out. 3 days later I was told it was done. Without the runaround or headaches they took care of it fast. You're never gonna find a used vehicle problem free but how they handled it was absolutely perfect . Buy with confidence That they stand by their vehicles they sell .

Recently purchased a Ford F250 to better tow my camper with and am very pleased with the deal I got from Michael's Auto Plaza. Staff was friendly, courteous and not pushy at all. Fantastic truck and great deal.

My daughter moved upstate recently to the Albany area and need an all wheel drive SUV. MICHAEL'S AUTO PLAZA came through with SUV for a great price. They had over 200 vehivles to choose from. Eugene the General Manger gave her personal service and hands down payed top dollar for her trade in over all Dealers in area.
