My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Michael's auto plaza today and we were helped by Johnny Torre. The entire experience was phenomenal! From the beginning when, we first saw the van we there to see, through the closing of the deal. Johnny really cared about us getting a good deal. Johnny explained every step from getting the repairs done, financing and paperwork. The entire staff worked together from the owner all the way down. Every person we met cared about us, from Michael himself to Mikey the sales manager and yes even Johnny! I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a car, truck, and suv!

We were looking for a truck and saw one one Michael's website. We emailed to get info on the truck and received a quick response from Dan. He was great. He answered all our questions and emails. We couldn't get to the dealer for a few days so he suggested we put a deposit on the truck until we could get there. He explained that it was fully refundable if we decided not to buy. When we arrived he had the truck all ready for us to test drive. He explained a few things that The dealership thought should be done to the truck before we purchased it. Dan was very professional and always very helpful. We would recommend Michael's to all our friends.

I didn't end up buying a car from here but I was very impressed with their communication. I got preapproved by them at a higher rate than what I could find and they didn't try to hassle me in using their bank. The sales rep Dave was texting me later in the day answering any question I had about the vehicle I was interested in. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. I was hesitant to buy a vehicle so far from where I live and that was the reason I didn't end up buying a truck from them.
