Nothing short of AMAZING!

I left with any and all questions answered. The professionalism and expertise exhibited by Adrian was outstanding and unparallel. This huge step in my life couldn't have been any smoother. Thank you Burns Honda, for having such an amazing staff!

Big dealership, Good price

I was looking for 2018 pilot exl with sensing. Nobody has this car except here. That meaning is there are a lot of car and i can compare many cars. I met charlie who is sales man. He is the best sales man. He was so nice and kind. If Someone looking for the car, I’ll recommend him.

This service department is absolutely wondeful!

Okay so this service department has been wonderful. I did not buy my Honda from this dealership but just yesterday I brought it here to get serviced because a few lights came on the dashboard and I needed a recall taken care of. Right away I was greeted and helped by Kevin Stone and he was so helpful and nice. Then today (the following day) I got a call early from Nicole and although it wasnt great news (needed a lot of work $$) Nicole was so nice, and easy to talk to! She gave me multiple options and was happy to answer all of my questions. I will reccommend this service department to all of my family and friends, and even though I have moved down the shore, more than 1 hour away, I will be returning. Thank you Burns Honda, especially Kevin and Nicole.

Got to the point, got the paperwork done in a timely manner.

I got a certified pre-owned 2016 Accord. I looked at other cars and dealerships, but Burns Honda just gave the best offer. The gentleman who helped me out through the process was very good at his job, he really knew what he was talking about. If you are looking to get a certified pre-owned I would recommend coming here and trying to get Bill Gomeringer, he didn't pressure me at all, he was very informative. Also when I got to the financing part of the process, Ray Kollman explained everything that I was signing and was a real nice guy.

Great Experience!

It was a great experience from the minute I walked into the dealership. Very helpful even after a month when I came back to see if I could have more instruction on the gadgets that were in the car. Really appreciated everything you did for me! Thank you! Joyce

Relatively painless

Pleasant & professional sales staff wide range of cars to choose from decent cup of coffee in the lobby and we heard there was popcorn available

New car purchase

Owen was friendly, didn’t use high pressure tactics, but was very patient. He even drove my old car (which I was not trading in) home for me!

Chris Wilder was great!

My wife and I came to Burns Honda looking for a gently used vehicle and a good deal, which we found. What we did not quite expect was the highly professional bearing and above-and-beyond treatment by our salesman, Chris Wilder. Way to go, Chris! He worked very hard to find a vehicle that fit our criteria and was very proactive about following up with us every step of the way, such that there were no surprises.

A Satisfied Customer

I am a repeat customer as well as my son , my brother, my son in law , daughter in law and co-worker. We are definitely Honda Lovers. Been that way for years. All purchases at Burns Honda. Was last handled by Rick Erb who recently retired and referred me to Tony Flores by him for assistance. He was assisted by Carlos Roman. I was handled with professionalism and knowledge of the vechicle I was interested in. I took my time with my purchase and wasn’t rushed or pushed into anything. Everything was explained to my complete understanding . Rachel Chadwick pitched in towards the end of the process and deserves honorable mention as well as the finance guy Ray Kollman who put this whole experience together in the end. Simply said “I love my new Pilot”. It’s everything I wanted it to be.
