My service advisor, Carlton Smith was vary nice to work with and professional and the tech, Gaby Martinez performed the scheduled work on my Ridgeline as was needed and also kept my engine clean after the oil was changed.

My 2019 crv was recalled and they fixed it after I got
My 2019 crv was recalled and they fixed it after I got at home , won't start so call towing to private mechanic shop.He said he can't do that job because recall issue. Call towing again to same dealer. Nextday they said battery problem, so went auto zone get new battery installed .Next day shopping at store crv won't start again, Call towing again to this Burns Honda dealer.They said it's my crv problem nothing wrong with recall service what they done. I asked other customerservice person to check one more time what they done. He call me next day and explain they missed the part when they worked recall service. Terrible service and mechanics. I lived this area for 40years . I like to share my story to everyone .

Joe Flores and Naji were really nice. The finance woman who did the final paperwork to purchase our car could be a little more pleasant and not so short with her answers. The detail department could do much better.

I had such a great experience at Burns Honda purchasing my Civic! Huge shoutout to Nico (and Cress, the manager) for making the process so smooth. Nico was professional, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to listen to what I wanted instead of pushing me toward something else. What impressed me the most was his patience. I came in with my three kids and let’s just say it wasn’t the easiest environment — but he still took the time to walk me through everything calmly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. In a world where it’s hard to find genuine people who put your needs first, Nico stood out. Burns Honda has definitely gained a lifelong client. If you’re in the market for a car, definitely go see Nico!
