I bought a one owner 2004 Toyota sienna XLE for an unbelievable deal from this dealer.Car runs great and no mechanical issue.Had some minor cosmetic issues which i was able to fix myself.I love my Toyota sienna.I will highly recommend this dealer for your next car purchase especially if you're on a tight budget but needs a good and reliable vehicle.

Helpful, reliable and good quality used car. We went shopping for a truck for my husband and found a great one here. Ben was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. We bought our truck over a year ago and will be going back next week to purchase another truck for my husband to use for a spare work truck.

Used cars.com to send a inquiry, no response. Drove out to check out the truck regardless... I would like to know a few things before I come out to visit, like popped door locks... Left after 3 minutes of looking at the truck; salesman didn't even come out.

I can say that I was very satisfied their professionalism and integrity in purchasing a vehicle. They were very knowledgeable in assisting me with this purchase and I can say I am very happy with the vehicle car was as described.

after the dealer emailed me to place my offer, i placed an offer and i never received a reply with a counter offer or anything. i guess what they want is that the customer place the highest price possible without negotiating. i don't even know why they take it personal, it is about business, eventually the customer will be willing to pay what they think, by their satisfaction, something is worth, not what the dealer think the vehicle is worth based on the pockets. bad negotiating process. this dealer is a joke

I submitted an inquiry about a Sonata for sale but they never replied. I guess the car was sold but they had no interest in letting me know.

This dealership is the best, they give you one on one customer service, not like all the other dealerships that do not care about their customers.............Their honesty and integrity towards their customers is impeccable and it is certainly something I will never forget...... I will definately be back for a second vehicle......do not be skeptacle about purchasing from this dealership, you will not be sorry .......................

Ben and Frank were a pleasure to work with. I emailed them to ask if the vehicle I was interested in was still available, and they gave me a personal response instead of a bait/switch (that I got from other dealers). Good experience with the test drive/trade in process. They made good on the brake repairs that needed to be done before I took possession. They took care of the financing applications. All in all a pretty smooth process and I was happy with the outcome.

I was looking for used low mileage vehicle and discovered Frank and Ben really put the customer first to make it a stress-free and simple transaction. They give very reasonable price on your trade-in and do not sting you with phony "Dealer Prep" fees and expensive used warrantee back end deals after the prices are agreed. Do'nt hesitate -I highly recommend go to them first for honest and fair treatment buying a car.
