I was the victim of a red light runner in mid December and lost my beloved VW Golf. I spent 3 painstaking weeks looking for a decent vehicle within my budget without having to finance. I would rather be physically hit by a car then deal with another car dealership EXCEPT for Garnet VW!! As soon as you request info, car dealerships blow you up!! My phone was ringing off the hook, text out the wazoo, and endless emails!! I stumbled up a gem at Garnet VW and requested email only. The following morning Steve, the manager, emailed me and we corresponded throughout the day. Not a single call or text!! I arrived that evening at Garnet and was handed the keys to the 2014 Kia Soul and told "take your time, you don't need a baby sitter". It was a breath of fresh air to not be forced in to small talk and a sign of respect. I'm sure if I was looking at a $50,000 new car things might have been different but it made a world of difference to me! I returned to a sales associate, Fran, showing me the ins & outs of the vehicle. Sat down with Steve and we struck a deal! As it was nearing the end of the night and dinner time, Fran brought out a variety of snacks & beverages while the car was being prepped and the paperwork completed. AND per request, they dug out a desk calendar for me! It was an absolute pleasure shopping with Garnet VW!!

After purchasing this vehicle I found out that the front brakes would not pass inspection and were unsafe. I had to have the entire front brake system replaced. Then the thermostat needed replacement. I soon found out the engine rings were bad causing the vehicle to burn excessive amounts of oil. This caused the rods to be bent and the vehicle broke down. I spent $2000 for the initial repairs and was told another 3000 was needed to make the vehicle operational. I purchased the vehicle for 5200 and now I have to scrap the vehicle as junk. This dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and had obvious mechanical issues that were not disclosed. I contacted the dealership several times and was insulted by the sales manager. I was told that they would call me back with a resolution and never did. Follow up phone calls were ignored.

My second vehicle purchase from Garnet VW (1 new & 1 pre-owned). Low-pressure, professional & courteous staff. My salesperson (Kieran) was attentive, responsive, easy to work with & appreciative. Margot (finance) was knowledgeable, friendly & took time to competently answer my questions. Good pricing for a low-mileage, late model & hard to find pre-owned vehicle (compared to other nearby dealers). Overall, a positive buying experience.

I shopped several dealerships on line for a lease on a 2017 Volkswagen Passat R-Line. Garnet VW gave me the best price and honored it when I appeared in the dealership to finalize the lease (i.e., no "games"). Also, their showroom, complete with a VW store, is ultra modern. Overall, a great leasing experience.

Our saleswoman Chelle Prunkel was the greatest to say the least. My wife and I can't thank her enough. We both have never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car in our lives. She makes me actually want to turn in my GMC Envoy and buy a Volkswagen. The whole staff there at Garnet from start to end was great ! We will never ever buy cars anywhere else but at Garnet Volkswagen in West Chester, PA and will make sure to let our friends and family know that buying a car can be a pleasurable experience if you go to Garnet Volkswagen.

Garnet VW service staff and well trained and very good customer service. There is a very nice service waiting area, as well as a shuttle service until 5:00 p.m. I have had a need for routine services - mainly synthetic oil change with new filter, and new wiper blades. All has gone very smoothly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time I come in for service it is always quick and easy.

Nothing but good things to say about Garnet VW! The overall experience there is incredible. You really don't feel like your buying a car. It's very relaxed and everyone is super friendly. I have bought a few cars from Jordan Clarius and I'm spoiled now. He is such a good guy and so enthusiastic. I was always treated well and never walked out feeling like "they got me". I would not hesitate to recommend Garnet VW to anyone in the market for a new or used VW.

I inquired about a car, and they contacted me back within 3 days. When they do, their exact response is what ever price we post on Cars.com is the price we are selling. NO Negotiation. First time I heard of this. And I didn't need to respond back since I know they aren't willing to work with customer.

I NEEDED A LIGHT BULB FOR INSPECTION, IT WAS NOON FRIDAY AND MY CAR WAS 5 DAYS OVER DUE DATE. I WAS IN AND OUT IN 45 MIN AND THEN PASSED STATE INSPECTION 1 HOUR LATER.
