i bought a tundra 2006 in 2014 .this truck had aftermarket catalic converter so i fail smokecheck again after every 2 year! to replace with toyota one cost me $1500. who pay for this???i still have this trk.

We happen to stumble across this place while out car shopping one day. I fell in love with the Toyota Avalon, but the car was too big for me to handle, needed something smaller. They suggested something else, and I really liked that one as well. If it would have been up to me, I most definitely would have purchased that same day. But, my uncle was buying me the car and couldn't just go and buy something he didnt approve of. Everyone was really nice, they didnt make you feel pressured, and were really welcoming!! All the cars were immaculate. And lots of people were there looking to buy. ALL AROUND GREAT BUSINESS! Wish I could have purchased from there. Dont forget to say hi to the talking bird!!

Unfortunately I had a niece of mine make appt and she drove 40 mins to check out the car and be my ears and eyes but they had not pulled it out and it was wedged away in the very back so she could only get in it and start it but could not test drive it. I was disappointed and was ready to buy it bit not without a test drive.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at Hi Auto. There was zero pressure as I inspected and pushed and pulled all the dials checking everything out. They were very accommodating when I got wishy washy and started to think about another vehicle on the lot. They provided a very thorough explanation of the value of my trade-in and gave me a fair price. They went out of their way to drive the vehicle to the dealership to meet me for a pre-purchase inspection! The financing was smooth and very clear with ample explanations (best financing experience ever). While we were finishing up the paper work they washed the car inside and out. What a great experience! I will be back when the time comes.

Went in to buy a Camry and found the dream car we’ve been looking for. Purchased a 2016 Toyota Avalon with low miles and great deal!!! Chris and his team were friendly and helped us in the smooth transaction. Every car on the lot was immaculate and well kept and cleaned. Very great experience! Recommended.

Purchased a 2015 Lexus in April 2018. Sale seemed to go smoothly and I was happy with my purchase since I bought the car that I have always wanted. Well, last week, I went to a dealer to purchase a new vehicle and wanted to trade in my Lexus only to find out from the dealer, who obtained the Carfax on my car, that it had been involved in an accident! This information was NEVER disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle and now I am screwed because no dealer will trade my car in and I was basically told that my car is worthless! I now have to privately sell my car and take a HUGE loss. DO NOT buy from this dealer! They are deceitful and unprofessional! It is also listed on the Carfax that Hi Auto Sales was notified of the accident when they bought the vehicle, so they can not claim there were not aware of this accident. DO NOT BUY from here. And if you do, ask for a Carfax!!!

Don't trust these guys, please bring the car to a mechanic YOU KNOW to check everything. They told me they changed the brake pad but my mechanic found out they didn't. I can't drive 2 hours just to complain about it.
