David helped me find my dream car. Even when he realized that what I was looking for was unique and not readily available, he was relentless in helping me find it. Once the purchase was completed, David sold my car for well beyond my expectations. He aggressively marketed the car and sold it fairly quickly. I would do business with him again and absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

The much better option to typical car dealers
For me, buying a car from a dealer is like going to the dentist. You know you have to go but your not looking forward to it. I just expect to be pushed around, lied to and I never know if I got decent deal. My experience with Ultimate Autosports (Dave specifically) was different. I purchased the SUV I wanted at the price I set. I could do that because I was given good advice without feeling like the sales person was acting the part. I understood everything that makes up the final price when purchasing a vehicle WHILE I was in the process of finding the perfect fit for me. Not after..... Having the knowledge I needed to make a good decision was important to me. Shot, the experience was so good, I'm already thinking about replacing my truck.

A Fantastic Buying Experience!!
I just bought a 2018 Ford F-150 from Ultimate Autosports and couldn't be happier with my experience. They were extremely helpful (and patient!!) in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. I would highly recommend using Ultimate Autosports for any car purchase. I know I will be using them from now on.

Bought my 3rd Car From Ultimate Autosports
I really appreciate the full disclosure that Ultimate Autosports provides. The prices are unbeatable and the service is great. I've bought 3 cars from Dave Mercedes and sold him one car. The first car needed tire repair and he took care of it without any hesitation. I've recommended many friends to him that have all been very happy.

2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax/Allison
Buyer beware. This is an As Is dealership meaning schedule a visit to take the vehicle to a local shop to have it inspected prior to purchase. I checked all i could before purchase and seemed ok. Driver side rear window dropped down on my way home, called first thing next morning and was told there was nothing they could do. When I went out to inspect truck a little better had a pool of oil under front of vehicle, turned out to be a bad power steering hose. When scanned because of check engine light coming on it showed 5 glow plugs bad. Bought 2 new tires to go on front and found upper ball joints and control arm bushings were bad. There was a heavy rain first day of ownership, i got in the truck to find the headliner wet and sagging and a console holding water. As for maintenance documentation that i had been told it had all service records, I asked for them to print them off and was told to just go to mycarfax.com and retrieve them myself, I did and the only thing there was annual safety inspections from TX and 1 transmission inspection, 0 service or repair records so i ended up with no records of parts repaired or replaced. I am not saying that they are dishonest but possibly they do not have the means to properly inspect vehicles prior to sale. Also as I said this is a buy it As Is so my bad for buying at a good vehicle price and getting an average vehicle costing me several hundred dollars to make repairs that should have been repaired before putting it out for sale.

I will not make any excuses but I just don't understand why this guy would bash our company. He bought a 262,000 mile diesel that ran great, looked great and had cold AC. It was unfortunate that he had a couple small issues after the sale but he was correct, this one was sold AS-IS meaning with all faults. There seems to be a market for these type trucks and we process documents for a broker who is a diesel mechanic. Our standard operation deals in factory warranty vehicles that you as the client choose direct from auction. All we did for this gentleman was process his documents which we did exponentially. As in all used vehicles, make sure you know what your buying and when buying a vehicle over 260k , it may need some minor repairs. I would also be very weary of those at a service facility stating you need repairs, maybe that place should get the bad review.
Great car buying experience
Dave is honest, fair and knowledgeable about cars. My car buying experience was phenomenal and delightful. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Ultimate Autosports. Thanks Johnny and Dave for a great car buying experience.

Don’t waste your money or time here
Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way David and Johnny treated me and my wife reguarding a part for a vehicle we purchased from them Although they offered to replace a malfunction part on the vehicle they led us to believe they had ordered the part which in fact they never did. When we tried to contact them for proof of the purchase they totally ignored all messages text and phone calls. We will never buy from them again nor would we recommend these guys to anyone we had to purchase the part ourselves which cost us 720 total. Ugh !!

The short version is Michael's son bought a used truck AS-IS and found a crack in the Air Intake housing behind the headlamp. Michael's wife believes we should have taken care of that for her baby boy.. Read more if interested in the full story. No matter what you do to help, some will like it and some won't, this is world we live in.. :) Michael did not purchase this vehicle, his son Austin did and He didn't really purchase the vehicle from Ultimate Autosports but from an affiliated broker, J&S Auto Brokers. Ultimate facilitated the documents for Johnny at J&S yet as the dealer of record we are responsible and I as the owner was fully aware of the situation thus provide these facts. For the potential clients that may take some stock in reviews, I would like to say that the vehicle purchased was a beautiful 2015 Ram Diesel 4x4 with a retail value of $36,550 and an advertised price of $31,950. John is my brother in law yet as with the couple other brokers we deal with, I have a strict policy on the integrity of the process, no gimmicks, no games. I personally got involved early with Michael's wife as she requested on her sons behalf to discount the truck another $1000 to enable him to meet his financial requirements. John agreed to take the deal and I met them at my office to handle the paperwork where Austin went over the truck thoroughly. We pointed out the left side headlamp looked new as if it was replaced but knew of no other issues. The vehicle was sold AS-Is and all documents processed. All was good until a couple days later when Michael's wife called John and stated that there was a crack in the air intake housing behind the new headlight. We found them new online for $180 and used for $50 and the only thing I believe John did wrong was agree to try and find a used one and I know he really tried to help. Michael's wife thought this to be our responsibility and kept calling stating the Dodge dealer wanted over $600 which we told her was very unreasonable. Google 2015 Ram 2500 Air Intake housing, the best one is a little over $300. When John was willing to offer $100 for the used one, Michael's wife was unable to wait and had the Dodge dealer install a new one. Not that profit has anything to do with the integrity of a deal but I am willing to bet the dealer made more selling her this part than we did on the truck. Our operation prides itself on being very transparent and even offer clients access to purchase direct from auction for a small fee guiding them along the way. John nor myself knew of this issue or we would have explained it up front. Michael's son Austin got an absolute beautiful truck for $6000 back of retail value and we cut our little bit of profit back to nothing to help him financially. It's unfortunate the plastic Air Intake box was cracked and explained to Michael's wife that John should not have offered to get the used one if he couldn't comply in her time frame. For this I apologized but do believe our actual client is extremely pleased.
